It's location is ideal for Andheri Station and the airport and it's a nice area. The staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable with crisp, white sheets. Tea/coffee facilities are provided. The roof top pool is a lovely place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle for a while. We'll be returning.

Close to Shoppers Stop, and Value for money Accomodation 6,3 Lets start with the good things, Well the the hotel is close to the air port and has descent accomodation facility- meaning rooms are quite well maintained. BUT, please be careful in the following: 1. The hotel front desk bell boys will recommend you taxi's DONT EVER EVER EVEN THINK OF TAKING THEM.THEY GET A "CUT" FROM THE TAXI GUYS SO THEY WILL CHARGE U DOUBLE OR TRIBLE.I faced this situation twice and another hotel guest while im staying. Once i booked a taxi from them as they were recommending the guy soo much saying he is known to the hotel, he had to drop my wife in Elephant Road and then drop me in Club Mumbai. This Dinesh guy after dropping my wife without my knowledge has taken me to Church Gate, this is clearly after saying he knew where club mumbai was.. after going to Church Gate he was asking for same amount of money to go to the Club which was in Andheri West, It was a total act.. he was just asking people on the road like he didnt know the place and when i said i will give money take me to the venue without asking anyone he directly took me to the location. After getting down i refused to give him money and and gave half and walked out. When i complaint this to the hotel front desk they did nothing as I can see the manager in the front desk is also involved in this cheating process. Next day when i asked the bell boy WASANTH to fetch a taxi again he is getting this DINESH guy and i was furious and told him to get someone else, he refused to get any taxi and when i complained the duty manager he asked me to get a taxi by my self. I complained the same to the owner Karl in the evnening, he said he will get \ a Call Cab ready next day morning to stay outside and display call taxi names in the room, well i stayed 4 days post that none of this happened, I had to walk up to SV road and fetch a taxi.. So TAXI IS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD BE NOT EVEN ASKING FROM THE HOTEL RECEPTION. continued under travel tips. Lời khuyên: The air port pickup please get a prepaid taxi and drop is done by owners car, so you can take that and charge is reasonable. 2. I had to make two bookings through Agoda as i wanted to extend my stay for another day. Even i gave the booking confirmation two days before, they were refusing to accept it as Agoda has not informed the hotel, So make sure you get their writted confirmation after booking, the front desk is not organised. 3. WIFI access is HOPELESS, YOU CANT CHECK ANYTHING IT BREAKS EVERY 30 SECONDS, DONT EVEN THINK OF MAKING IT A REASON TO BOOK THE HOTEL 4. OUTSIDE THE HOTEL AREA you should not send your wife alone, its not a safe place, there are guys who hoot and make jestures n stuff. So be careful if you are a lady, If a guy its ok.
