Terrible hotel, sketchy location

We stayed here as were wanted to stay close to the airport for an early flight the next morning. When I confirmed with the hotel, the staff offered to pick us up from the airport which we much appreciated since it was late in the night when we arrived.
Upon check in the hotel staff told us that we would be charged 500 ruppees which we were not told about on the phone. The airport pre paid taxi's cost much much less. Hotel staff barely spoke english. The room was like an ice box, our window didn't have a lock and when we asked for a heater, they gave us a small personal heater that would take an entire day to heat up the size of our room.
We wanted to get a bite to eat once checking in, the hotel staff told us that most of the markets were about 45 mins away and said that we could use their hotel car and the driver would take us to a nice restaurant close by.
The restaurant was in the shadiest of areas, very dirty. The restaurant was in a back alley and we immedediately told the driver to take us back. Room service food was terrible.

room is spacious and well deserved for the price. well sanitized according to labels. the socket didnt match for my iphone but the engineering staff helped out in placing extension. great job for that. the only problem was the toilet bowl did not flush! literally! was sanitized but couldnt flush. but good thing a pail was there to help out the flushing.
wifi was good enough though during my stay, there were about 5 power shutdowns but electric generator was 24/7.
staff were good in the service despite they were few english speakers. manager always around for help. he even gave me direction to my itineraries.
there was no sauna! which they put in the agoda amenities. so please update it.
breakfast was ok. flies and saw some mice around.
generally, ok for me since my intention is to be in dwarka. i recommend this only if your plan is staying in dwarka area. otherwise, it is very far from central delhi.

dwarka is abit far from main delhi area so do not book hotels if your plan is not in dwarka. no attractions in dwarka.
great tip for you: get a cab at www.delhitaxi.co.in
i took a city tour for 8hrs and used the budget car and the price was really worth it. your driver is very understanding but since he speaks few english, make sure you have plan our itineraries and familiar with places.
never go to airport very early since they do not let you go for early check in

Great location close to the International Airport.
Room and bathroom were clean.Hotel staff were courteous.

Good for short stays only.Though close to International Airport,we found that there were no good restaurants or shops nearby.

An overpriced underserviced lodge & not a 3 star

This hotel claims its proximity to the international airport as within 4 kms but infact the international airport is at least 8 kms away.
Very expensive for the bare minimum service the hotel provides. The free wifi does not work and the service levels are not upto mark. There is hardly any proper management staff and the serivce staff is very casual. They will not serve in time.
For an early morning flight you have to shell out Rs 500 additionally for the hotel cab if you wish to have an airport drop. Since the hotel is tucked into sidelanes, you are not likely to find anyother conveyance to the airport at a more affordable price.
