Very friendly
Very near a great market and a short walk to the train stain

I had a room at the back of the hotel, very quiet. Friendly staff and the receptionist especially helpful. Only problem is that the breakfast is not very good.

Good location but poor service

Hotel's service was poor. No hot water available at all times.
The hotel staff although being courteous expected tips at all times and if not given then the service became worst.

Great location next to Golden Temple
Staff was very welcoming, room was clean, very comfy bed.

if you are heading to amitsar to view the golden temple this hotel is extremely convenient, with the golden temple literally across the street and a two minute walk to the main entrance. on the flip side it can be very noisy in the evening so bring earplugs. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the room was clean, and the bed was very comfy.
the breakfast was definitely lacking... buffet style with very limited selection and cold.
i ordered room service in the evening which was not very good.

Suitable for All Traveller
Close to Town and Reliable Staff

the room we had was very big and clean but it was too noisy due to the single window and as this hotel was very close to the market.

use the new metro to go places, its so cheap, quicker and reliable.
tourist taxis quoted 1400 rupees to visit akshardham temple where you can get the metro from karol bagh 16 rupees per person for each way within 15-20mins. you can always take the rickshaw but it take longer to get to longer distances and you may get charged the tourist rates!
