As we called in 1 hour before we landed at Banyan Soul no time wasted in check in. we reached room and details were taken once were in room. Banyan Soul is worth for money. We enquired about the rates from beach shacks and hotels and when compared with Banyan Soul is best option. German Bakery closes in off seasons so we have to find out other options for breakfast. Beach is 5-8 mins drive from hotel. Best would be Curlies on beach crowd is also good there. Bikes can be taken from Hotel itself. But for traveling through cab it better to call just dial and ask for options. You will get better deals by vendors. We hired Kundan Taxi which was 20 % less than vendor through hotel quoted us. Although Banyan Soul was best option in term is quality of room there were few thing that Banyan Soul lacks 1. No power back up. So incase electricity is not their you might have to wait for it come back. 2. TV Channels were though Cable TV not from DTH. They were no clear pictures and had less options to watch. No flat screen either. 3. Spider Webs could be found in bathroom.

Quiet hotel. Basic but clean. I'd say 3 star for indi. Further from beach and very quiet in april as start of off season. 10 min walk to beach but atleast your in a safe quieter area. Internet a big plus, electric did cut out but this happens all over india.eason.

Good value for money, clean room, helpful staff 9 nice and quiet location, away from major roads but still close to the beach. the hotel has only 12 rooms so the service is much more personalized compared to large hotels. They took us to our room as soon as we arrived so that we could get refreshed, rather than making us wait at the reception to finish their paperwork. The rooms were well maintained and had clean bedsheets and blankets. there were full length windows to let the light in, which also was a nice touch. They even put a clothes rack outside each room where you can dry your swimwear after returning from the beach. :) Since they didn't have a restaurant, they did provide a basic menu with room service. But there are plenty of restaurants nearby who will deliver to your room so it didn't bother us much. The staff were very courteous. Once we ordered Chinese food from a nearby restaurant but they didn't provide forks, but the hotel staff kindly obliged to lend us their cutlery. The owner also has a tie up with a bike rental company so we had the bikes delivered to the hotel for us. Plus there was free wifi internet in all rooms along with cable TV. All said, great value for money.

Du lịch cặp đôi India, 06 Tháng Ba 2013	stay was good but room-service is pathetic clean.location,peaceful 7 stay was overall good ,because banyan soul is a peaceful quite hotel with just 12-14 rooms ,all of same type ,nice n maintained garden and patio,library was good ,just sit and relax under the banyan tree ,but i missed room service /breakfast and food coz breakfast was not there but yes just a stones throw away from German bakery so good,but staff of banyan soul is a big lacona of the hotel

Du lịch cặp đôi India, 29 Tháng Giêng 2013	cute boutique hotel with a very unique style Is bang next to the german bakery .. where you can enjoy a hearty meal and free wifi 8 It was a lovely experience to stay at this cute lill place. the staff is very helpful and courteous. The place is quite and is in a very secluded and away from the usual touristy route but is still quite close to anjuna beach. German bakery is a bang opposite and curlies is a brisk walk away. Du lịch cặp đôi India, 21 Tháng Mười Một 2012	Good hotel Near anjuna beach 7,7 Nice hotel, friendly staff, rooms were clean, 3-4 minutes drive to Anjuna beach if u rent a bike, right next to german bakery which serve very good food. The owner of the hotel came to my room and said that i paid extra as i was not aware that i have paid extra amount then he explained that dont know how but on agoda the hotel room rates are high as compared to other websites so he said that he will refund me the extra amount at the time of chk-out and he did refund me the amout. I dont know y agoda has charged me more so i will say just compare the price befor u book a room bcoz not everyone will give u a refund and there is no way that u will come to know that u have paid extra. All in all value for money. Ps. Dont expect a 5 star service bcoz u r not staying in one.

Secluded tranquil place. 5,3 the first day was good. akshay, the manager was courteous and ushered us into our rooms. the first look of the rooms was nice. minimal items that covered ur necessities. we were two couples that stayed for two nights. one (couple) of us had to fight ants on their bed and even after having the place cleaned, the ants wouldnt go away. the lady still has sting marks on her hand. we only had hot water once in two days. it was raining (beginning of july) but how is that supposed to stop you from getting hot water. on the second day we dint even have water to flush the toilets, let alone do anything else... when complained akshay mentioned from his comfy chair that he was doing everything possible and was not sitting idle.. he had no answers about why he did not intimate us when he knew that the water was not going to be available in the morning. anyway, he definately did something since we had water in about 45-50 mins (after we complained). a special mention for sumit's mom. she's really very courteous and after talking to her (before checking in) i really felt that i was in for a good experience. the overall verdict, however, is 5/10

Gia đình với trẻ nhỏ India, 27 Tháng Sáu 2012	Decent hotel with basic ameneties Cleanliness, Compact new property 7,3 its at anjana beach - we didn't visit the beach though. we were disappointed with the approach of the hotel though. the staff was okay - just gave us a decent if not a great service. the rooms were extremely clean and fresh - although small. bathrooms were also decent. this is a small property - we did not realize that they don't serve food as it is a b&b property. once we realized that we can just only get some basic things like tea, breakfast we were okay. the location of the hotel might be a negative point but if you are looking for a cheap but decent property, this is good. please make sure that you reach hotel in time as in the time it can be very scary to reach hotel as it is at least 4-5 kms from the main road. you find people to guide you if its raining. we had hired a bike and while returning we lost our way and it was a scary but adventurous experience reaching hotel.
