They are doing renovations, so some rooms may still be the older type, and thus some of the complaints by other reviewers. But we were very happy with our room. The renovation was a bit noisy at times, but it did not last very long, and it was usually mid morning, so we tolerated it. The hotel is huge, but the staff is very attentive and courteous, they always took the time to take care of any issues or questions. The location is fabulous, we walked everywhere, and there are many buses right in front of the hotel that will take you right to the train station and anywhere else.

The staff were extremely helpful and discrete and the hotel room service was exemplary. We would certainly come to this hotel again. Our only concern was difficulty with the hotel's wi-fi connection and the lack of wifi to the rooms but this was not a major issue for us as we used the computers in the lobby .

Good Breakfast. 9,3 The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to all public transportation going within the city and tourist spots outside the city. Hotel staff were all friendly and the room is quite clean, despite there was a renovation going on suring our stay. The restaurant offered a mid-range buffet which offer good breakfast and quite a value-for-money dinner.

The hotel does not have anything for children-young or old to do. The menu and food looked appealing but we couldn't justify spending upwards of $25 per person for breakfast, especially with so many choices nearby.
