Great location, wonderful room, nice staffs. 9,7 The location of the hotel is really the best just opposite the JR Ueno station from JR station just cross the street. The room itself is very nice and convenient and extremely clean. They provide the useful tools for the ladies like nano hair-dryer and face nano.

Price on the high side and would be delighted if breakfast is included. Thank you for your frontline staff.

Du lịch cặp đôi Singapore, 18 Tháng Tư 2013	Not Good Clean room, good transport link, many shopping around 5,7 We are dismay that the hotel staff make us change our room during our 4 nights stay. The room is really small even for asia couple small size like us. Our 2 medium luggages don't even has space to lay on and we must carry up and place it on the bed in-order to take our things out. The bed is too hard and stiff and cause us back sore!!! The front desk gal who did our check in should go for re-training. Through out our stay our room card were disabled 3 times just because they want us to look for them at the reception. After all the hotel suit more for biz traveler. We will not select Mitsui hotel group for our stay anymore for our frequent visit in Japan again. FYI I ever stayed 3 months in Dai ichi hotel in Shibashi for both work and leisure. Mitsui hotel group is no way near their quality and standard.

The hotel do not provide baby cots. The view was not great (overlooking a car park) but the hotel was situated close to the main rail and metro stations which was great for getting around the city for sightseeing. The hotel has an Italian restaurant downstairs which we did not use, however it was busy every night we were there. No room service. The hotel does provide a facial steamer and hair dryer though. Overall a good hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep but spend most of your time out and about.
