Gia đình với trẻ nhỏ Hong Kong, 29 Tháng Giêng 2012	Great location but room is not very clean Excellent location at reasonable price 6,3 the hotel is located at heart of kk city. very close to major shopping malls. centre point is right in front of it. a lot of resturants near waterfront. however, it is a bit noise at night as you can hear music from nearby bars. the room is pretty big with modern design, but the maintainence is poor. the room we stayed is not very clean. it seems that no one do the vacuum clean. don't stay at hotel for breakfast, the food is terrible.

The best thing was it's very near to nightclubs and the free shuttle bus to One Borneo from Warisan Square. I'd recommend this place anytime.

Du lịch cặp đôi Malaysia, 08 Tháng Giêng 2012	good price/location but abit old great situation if you wanna get food and go drinking (bed club and alot of bars just next door) 7 First time staying in this hotel, but i have stayed at the imperial boutique hotel before (which is nearby. Stepping in, the place looks clean and modern, with nice comfy seats at the lobby. Checking in wasn't a problem, and was efficient/fast. When we got into the room (10th floor), on the outside, it looked clean and tidied up, but quickly noticed that there was no towels and amenities in the toilet, with a half used bar of soap in the shower. Wasn't a problem, we manage to call room service to sort all that stuff out. Another fault (minor one) was that the safe kept having problems. Had it reset 3-4 times but still it won't open up. We decide not to use the safe in the end. Other than these minor faults, the room was clean, near all eating places (seafood opposite the hotel, and a whole lots of smaller stalls, the market and such), shopping is great nearby, and all the drinking clubs (Bed club), and bars also opposite the hotel. I would stay again and recommend this place.

We were appointed to the non-smoking floor initially but we requested to be changed to the smoking floor (8th flr) and the concierge staff obtained the new room's key and helped move our luggage without any hassles. However, toilets are still abit dirty as housekeeping do not wash the toilet floor during the making up of the room. So throughout the 3nights stay we have to put up to the dirty toilet flooring.

Location is good, near to major shopping malls 4,7 After a hectic long day of 8 hrs on the road, we finally arrived at the hotel. The receptionist who attended to us did not greet us and was not courteous nor friendly. As we checked into the room allocated to us, we’re astonished as this was not what we’ve expected as most of the time we’re in BKI, we usually put up in this hotel. It used to be clean, cosy and comfortable. To our disappointment , this was not the case.The safe deposit box doesn’t work and the floor carpet was in stained. Anyway, as we did not want to spoil the evening, we decided to bear with it for the night. The only plus point was the kitchen staff who was very accommodating and prepared packet breakfast for us to takeaway at 5.30am to catch our flight for the onwards destination. Location of the hotel is good, surrounded by shopping complex,convenient stores and easy to get around.. Seriously the hotel rooms need refurbishment and a facelift of the hotel will helpto upkeep the image and standard of this hotel.
