Du lịch một mình Vietnam, 16 Tháng Hai 2013	Khách sạn xinh xắn, sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện Khách sạn khá xinh xắn, dễ thương, phòng sạch sẽ tuy hơi nhỏ, ông chủ khách sạn và nhân viên vô cùng nhiệt tình, thân thiện và dễ mến 7 Khuôn viên KS được bài trí khá dễ thương, thoáng đãng, sạch sẽ, phòng khá mới và sạch sẽ tuy hơi nhỏ 1 chút, wifi tốt hơn các khách sạn khác ở Philippines rất nhiều. Đặc biệt, ông chủ khách sạn và nhân viên ở đây rất dễ thương, họ nhiệt tình, cẩn thạn và thân thiện. Nếu có dịp trở lại Vigan nhất định tôi sẽ quay lại khách sạn này.

Du lịch một mình Philippines, 08 Tháng Năm 2013	terrible staff, questionable security, located bes large bathroom and spacious rooms 6,3 the front desk would require you to leave your room keys everytime you leave the hotel. this was initially ok, until we got back in less than 15 minutes and our room key was nowhere to be found. the front desk told us that their manager took our keys to check them. this infuriated us as we were assured that the keys would not be used to access our rooms before we check-out. the manager came out with our room keys after our "almost a lifetime" of waiting and complaining at the front desk. also the view from our room window was a graveyard. the hotel is located in front of a market and at the rear part of it is a cemetery.

Staff at the hotel were a bit flustered when we arrived. They seem to be inexperienced but were very friendly & eager to help.

Du lịch cặp đôi United Kingdom, 16 Tháng Tư 2013	Peaceful hotel off the beaten track Variety of breakfast, close to bus terminus and central market 6,3 What Agoda won't tell you about this hotel is that it is very much a work in progress ie it is still being built! Having said that, the disruption was minimal. The hotel is close to the Partas bus terminal so ideal for arrival and departure. The company however does not seem to run a reliable service - you cannot make a reservation and on the day we left 2 of the scheduled buses did not run. Unfortunately, other buses seem to be of a similar standard. The alternatives are just as dire! The garden view of our Superior room turned out to be a brick wall 4 feet from the window with some plastic plants planted in niches. Not exactly my idea of a garden and with the added disadvantage of making the room overly gloomy since little sunlight ever got in. All ideas of housekeeping seemed to have been forgotten. In a 5 day stay our bedding and towels were not changed once, nor was the room tidied or rubbish bin emptied. Having said that the hotel is pleasant, the staff friendly and the food well prepared - just don't expect too much!
