Du lịch nhóm Hong Kong, 03 Tháng Tư 2013	Crisis management not up to standard Good wifi at lobby, helpful concierge, convenient location 7,3 We found that our luggage lock was broken after dinner and suspected unauthorized person had come into our room. We called front desk which sent a non-English speaking bellman. He did not understand what we said and just stood there. After wasting 15 min, he asked us to talk to an English speaking colleague. A manager came at last who thought we were complaining about the bellman damaging our luggage. We had to explain the whole incident the 3rd time and told him it was a security issue, not about the performance of the bellman. He promised to check the CCTV but could not offer any assistance, not even a simple lock until we asked for it. The handling was bad for a 5 star hotel. Also, there was no hanger in the bathroom for hanging clothes while bathing. WiFi access at hotel lobby was fast and good. Concierge was very helpful and spoke good English.

Đi công tác South Korea, 05 Tháng Ba 2013	boutique? unique stlye, next to multiple shopping complex 6 this hotel style is distinctive... similar to japanese mordern style or boutique style hotel??? this hotel is in Korea. but strangely, when i used most of guest are foreigner.. maybe Changwon-city has not many 5 stars hotels and next to this hotesl, there is city 7 which is multiple shopping complex so you can use conveniently such as starbucks and so many things... and... some romes of bath's wall are whole glass..;

Đi công tác United States of America, 21 Tháng Giêng 2013	Nice Location and Service, Rooms Showing Age Free High Speed Internet, Location, Attitude of Staff 7,3 This is based on a 7th floor King room, innovative design and touches, but room was pretty worn down, no conventional desk and chair to do work, but the hotel is equipped with everything that is needed for a productive business trip, City7 mall next door is very useful. Would suggest Managment pay more attention to quality details of the room and not put off basic maintenance/touch-up.

Price is average but without breakfast which is normally included for an International hotel. No complains and service okay. A visit to the CECO (Changwon Exhibition Convention Centre)just out the door to the right, offer a great shop for Korean souvenirs, reccomended. Also the buffet restaurant in same building is worth a try, some excellent international and Korean buffet disches and plenty of them to a really cheap price. Do not miss that.

Gia đình với trẻ lớn hơn Australia, 25 Tháng Mười 2012	Good location but quite disappointing lobby staff adjacent to major shopping mall, friendly cleaner 6,7 located right next to a major shopping mall which provides many choices of quality restaurants, cafes, bakery shops etc however, I have to say I was quite disappointed with the way lobby staff members handled my requests. Initially, I stayed 6 nights then had a mind to extend 2 more nights. I was given a quotation on 2 additional nights and walked away to discuss with my wife. At the second visit, I was given a price increase within 6 hours which was ridiculous. This is just one case. Not sure I can fit 2 more cases here. I would definitely not recommend nor come back there.

Du lịch một mình United States of America, 15 Tháng Chín 2012	Very new hotel with unique room design Fair price, good amenities nearby, cozy room 9,3 This is my third stay at Pullman and I've seen three different rooms with totally different concept and designs. The rooms are usually cozy and gives off a boutique hotel feel. The staffs are usually friendly but you sure don't see a lot of staffs around. They always call a cab for me in advance when I request it and its a 10-15 minute cab ride to either of the train stations. On the flip side, I am always baffled by the fact that they charge you for internet usage. Even 2 star motels provide free internet nowadays and it feels like they are just trying to take advantage of foreigners without smartphone tethering capability. They also charge arm and a leg if you use any of the "not free" things in the room. If you stay away from using the "not free" things in the room and don't need internet, this is a great place to stay.
