Even I arrived at 11:20pm, the staff are friendly and welcoming! The room is clean and neat! Nice! Location is good!

The staff is nice. Bell boys helped us to get off from our car each time. They co-operated with my driver even they helped us to take our luaggage from my car. We booked two rooms (4 people room and 2 people room) and request to take 3 baby beds in total via booking from agoda.com (remark in the booking). I also send a email to remind hotel 5 days before I check in but did not get any reply. Staff felt apologies and help us to make an extra bed in my 4 people room. Even staff gave us 2 boxes of pineapple pie for their apology. They breakfast buffet is nice and good. The food is rate to 5 stars.

The suite is big enough for family staying and with a beautiful city view from the high floor. Comfortable bathtub having jets of warm of water. Generally speaking, the suite is quite clean except a pillow which we have found many dirty spots on it. We had to change a new white pillow from the closet.
