Thời tiết khá thuận lợi cho việc tham quan thành phố. Kháahc sạn rất gần các trung tâm thương mại, thuận tiện cho việc mua sắm. Việc di chuyển bằng taxi vao buổi tối không tốt, các lái xe taxi thường xuyên không dùng metter, đòi giá cao hơn gấp đôi so với thông thường. Ăn uống tại Bangkok rất thuận tiện, ngon miệng và giá cả rất hợp lý.

The hotel look good but room I stay is a nightmare

The hotel is in the good location for shopping or tourist. I have a bad experience from it. The room they put me in was water leaking from Air condition and they replace me to others room. And it smoking room which I don't smoke I can smelling all the times. Than moving me to third room which is the last room is great looking a five stars than hot water is doesn't work. The internet is poor service. If they improving with they service on those matter the hotel can be a five star again.

Great and Very Classy Lobby! The Location is Fantastic like every one else says it is connected to 2 Malls! The Bar area is very nice the chairs are showing their age but from a distance view it fits the decor. The girls that come play add a lot of class to the scene as well. The front desk help is Awesome! Tell them who you are and they have their paper work done followed up with everything filled out in their computer system. Before staying here I read a majority of reviews that said that the front desk had a problem with english. I didn't see a problem. I think their english is fine! Another thing that was awesome was their baggage holding room. System works and it is free!

An excellent stay and relaxation..

Though my stay was only for three nights, I find the hotel environment has meets my expectations. the location is within the city shopping area..Closer to the airport and the nearest Golf Clubs..The hotel food is reasonably ok but the HALAL Food varieties for Muslim like me is not that many.. I have difficulty to get access to HALAL food at your restaurants..and this is my main indicator for your Hotel attractiveness and comfort for me and my Family..
Hotel and Room cleanliness is great..
Another down side was , I have a bit of difficulty communicating with your Concierge people..It could be due to my English?
