Gia đình với trẻ nhỏ United States of America, 02 Tháng Năm 2013	good location, pool, quiet 8,3 good, as i said before, nice pool, quit, nice free buffet breakfast, great location, near night clubs and plenty of parking, quiet, even thought near the night life. the pool was nice, swam daily. a of Russian and Chinese guest, but i found everybody pleasant. my only regret is that i booked another hotel room in advance or i would of stayed their more than 3 days. i hate to pack and unpack.

I think this is ok hotel for tracllers who do not spend much time in hotel. Pool area quite ok, breakfast not great but it is enough. Mostly for asian type breakfast. Our room was kept clean. 5,7 Hotel itself was quite ok. Breakfast not great but enough (if you like asian type one).Maybe because there was lot of chinese tourists? Pool area quite ok itself but full of russians who can not follow the rules. They take own food and drinks to pool (which was not allowed)and did not care even if rule was written in russian, not in anglist at all, no wonder!Almost every day was group russians which was drunk there and noisy and disturbing. And they do not go in shower before going to pool, I suppose that is why the shower is there? And what more disgusting, washbasin of toilet at pool area was actually outside of toilet. They seemed not to wash hands after going toilet... Girl at the pool bar was friendly to us. Feel sorry for her she had to follow the circus of drunk russians every day. Our room was clean (we were in Golden Sea 1, 6th floor, cleaner was great and friendly!) Room itself would need refurnishing. Other staff in reception/at breakfast were not rude to us but can not say they smile. And they had poor english skills. But I suppose it is not a problem in this hotel which has lot travellers from China and Russia, both having as poor english skills as staff of this hotel. Location of hotel quite central which is good and bad. There is restaurants shops and everything near hotel but also girl bars, girls bars...I did not liked that. Despite of central location you could sleep well during nights, at least in upper floors. Lời khuyên về đặc điểm khách sạn: Chinese seemed to be at breakfast between 7-7.30. Then lots of people and difficult to find table sometimes.They are noisy and are hurry to organised program or leave the hotel. Maybe more peaceful time for breakfast later? FOR NON-RUSSIANS (EUROPEAN) TRAVELLERS, WHO WANTS TO SPEND PEACEFUL TIME AT POOL, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANOTHER HOTEL. If you do not stay much at pool, then quite ok. If you like sleep later, take earplugs with you - chinese wake up early and are noisy in corridors. During afternoon after their programm they are noisy too - they keep doors open to corridors and gather around or shout from other room to other room. I do not know why, there is phones in rooms?? No wonder, there was "Quite please" text in corridors also in chinese language.
David M. Du lịch một mình United Kingdom, 02 Tháng Hai 2013	Pretty good location On a main route for Songthaew (local baht bus) 6 The room I booked and was given was a "standard" room. It was large with a spacious bathroom and had a balcony. The balcony unfortunately overlooked a rear alleyway which served many other residences. I found out why my room was classed as standard at 0400hrs each and every morning because a very large air conditioning unit directly outside my window and on the balcony kicked into life and sounded like a large factory generator. When I spoke to reception the morning after my arrival, I was told that the hotel was full with Russian and Chinese guests so my room could not be changed. That was of course, unless I was willing to pay double what I had already paid and the they had another room they could put me in. This other room was no different except it did not have the morning noise apparently. The in-room wifi was a little bit hit and miss but was ok the majority of the time. All in all though, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and it was in a central location. Lời khuyên về nhà hàng: Don't bother getting up for breakfast! It is not good and is an free for all with a room full of Chinese guests who didn't have any manners at all.

Gia đình với trẻ nhỏ Slovenia, 08 Tháng Giêng 2013	very disappointed dark room with no light 2 for such hotel I expected more, room was dark, there was no light, with a view of someone's apartment. the room smell very bad. the swimming pool is too small for a hotel with such capacity. it was 20 deckchairs not enough for the hotel with such large capacity. Buffet breakfast was very poor, many choices were empty or gone cold. very unfriendly and arrogant personal. I will never come back.

Du lịch một mình Australia, 06 Tháng Giêng 2013	Not bad for the money Clean rooms 9 i have stayed here on numerous occasions and have always enjoyed the stay.the staff are good. the rooms are always clean and you are close to the centre of pattaya. you can get to where ever you want from this central location. Aaron S. Du lịch một mình Australia, 02 Tháng Giêng 2013	Good room but breakfast needs to improve Location & Price 7,7 Spent 5 nights recently at the Golden Sea Hotel. Location in Soi Buakhao is convenient and most places can be reached on foot or by a 10baht songthaew. Staff were pleasant and my room a good size and kept well clean. Hotel is quite large comprising of 3 building and many Russian tourists are calling it home. Hotel was guest friendly although a 3rd person in the room results in a 500 baht charge which i think is unfair when they are not staying overnight. Breakfast needs improvement and i really thought the cold fried eggs every morning was pretty average. Overall the price is acceptable for what you get.
