Thao T. Du lịch cặp đôi Vietnam, 20 Tháng Năm 2013	Khách sạn tốt nhưng xa bãi biển. Sạch sẽ, hồ bơi đẹp, xung quanh có nhiều quán ăn 6,3 Kata beach đẹp, sạch sẽ. Điều đáng tiếc là khách sạn không nằm ngay bãi biển, phải đi bộ khoảng 1km mới tới. Chi phí vận chuyển quanh khu kata bị hét quá mức (1200 bath để về airport)

The rooms they first assigned to my families were noisy because there was renovation going on at the first floor. The air-con was noisy and water leaking and they had to gave me another room. But the noise outside was unbearable. I checked in on a Sunday and renovation was going on yet Reception Assistant Manageress actually dared to explain and clarified to me that the noise was only for that day and would stop at 5p.m. and that there won't be any the next day. I find that comment a little ridiculous as renovation was already going on on a Sunday, what more weekdays... I had to insist them to re-assign me other rooms faraway from the renovation. Then they agreed I could move to the new rooms across the other side of resort at 2pm the next day. We went out for walk and back at 3p.m. and our rooms were still not ready! With such lousy and slow service, I'll never ever stay in this hotel again! Additional thing, never go Phuket during June. Rainy season. It rains everyday, we never did have chance to go island tour or snorkling. We go out to the streets carrying umbrellas. Kata site tends to experience black out! We experienced twice during our 4 days stay. The second one last for more than 2 hours and there are many mosquitoes.

Du lịch cặp đôi Australia, 08 Tháng Sáu 2013	OLDY BUT A GOODY HOTEL NICE POOLS, FOOD WAS GOOD, COMFORTABLE BED 6,7 The old Hotel has seen better days, although they are in the process of renovating most of the rooms during our stay. The pool design is something different, but a little over crowded for deck chairs sometimes. Breakfast area is old and shabby looking, although the food was satisfactory. Rooms could do with a little bit of brightening up...poor lighting.

The hotel is not on the beach but I find this is safer so picked this hotel because of this; the hotel does however own beach chairs free of charge for guest. The rooms are very large and clean along with new plasma TVs and other modern stuff. The pools are the best thing of the hotel and there are always friendly staff at the TWO pool bars, the pool side restaurants is cheap and very tasty. Overall I would recommend anyone to stay here as it is great for couples, single travellers, families and groups.
