Du lịch nhóm Australia, 28 Tháng Ba 2013	Disappointing Big rooms, shuttle bus, expansive breakfast choice 5,7 I had a group of 8 people stay at this hotel two years ago, and we had a lovely stay. This time I took a group of 10 to the hotel, and it was very disappointing. When we arrived in the evening we were met by the night manager, and ushered in to a board room. He advised that due to a visiting government delegation, the hotel was overbooked, and there were only two rooms available, not the five that I had booked. We were asked to move six guests to another hotel for the night, with the promise of an upgrade to a suite for the remaining two nights. This was quite an imposition considering the age of my group and the hour of the evening, but we agreed to help out. When we checked back into the Windsor the next day we were checked in to our rooms only to discover that there was no upgrade for any but one room. One of my guests was actually down graded to a fold out bed usually reserved for children. This lady was 76 years of age, and deserved better. The following nightI spoke to the manager and complained about our treatment. I insisted that he find a spare room for the lady who had been forced to sleep on the fold away bed. He reluctantly complied. By way of compensation we were offered the executive package, which basically consisted of two hours free happy hour. This was appreciated, but half my guest didn't drink. Over all , very poor service.

Room was very comfortable and clea 10 I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Du lịch nhóm Germany, 23 Tháng Mười Một 2012	Terrible experience shuttle bus to town 5,7 We had a lot of problems with this hotel, we booked the wrong date and they wouldn't change so we had to pay an extra $300 The "largest disco" was closed. The hotel is quite far out of the city centre and there is not much to see in the area. The buffet was large but the quality of the food was average. This was the worst hotel we stayed in while traveling through Cambodia and Vietnam and the most expensive. Very disappointing

Great local coffee shops with free Wi-Fi around the corner. Staff was friendly and thoughtful. Free shuttle to "downtown" if needed. 24 hour room service. ATM close at hand. Full spa which was actually nice. Extremely helpful friendly staff. This my 2nd say at the hotel and I would consider staying there again on another visit. Good to support the local coffee as well.

Du lịch nhóm Australia, 02 Tháng Chín 2012	Beautiful and Impressive Decor and Friendly Staff Beautiful Decor, Free Shuttle to City, Airport Transfer Available, Huge Buffet Breakfast 10 This was the second time I stayed here and we had a wonderful time. It was only a one night stay this time as we were flying on to Da Nang the next day. There was some confusion with the booking as I booked two rooms with two people but they took this as two rooms with one person in each. But after several emails, it was cleared up (you just need to pay the extra for the breafast buffet, not for extra people in the room). We were able to book the mini bus hotel transfer from the airport which was great and utilised the free shuttle bus to the markets. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with all cultures catered for.

We had made a mistake on our book and rather than charge us, they waivered the increase in price due to the confusion. Place is a little way out of the city, however has a great shuttle leaving hourly so easy to get around. One bad point is the Internet charges/fees. Agoda stated on the description for this Hotel that Wifi was free and its not until you drill down to the rooms that you see that its specific to the Executive room.
