nice. a little road traffic noise in the morning. not a real homestay - it's a hotel run by a family but there isn't much interaction. and it's very modern. so nice, but there are better values to be found also.

Would love to have had more time!

We had a group of 7 and everyone was very pleased. The staff were really helpful in recommending restaurants, hooking us up with a fantastic motorbike tour guide, getting our laundry done quickly, and just generally being very friendly. The breakfast was also amazing, although not included in our hotel price, but definitely worth the $$. They had many breakfast options to choose from which were all really tasty. A few of us rented scooters for one of the days, and the rest checked out bikes for $1 for the day to ride to Cua Dai Beach... definitely recommend that. You can walk or bike across the bridge into town... we did both in the evening. The rooms were spacious and we all loved the showers, and the air conditioning worked great! The only downfall we found is that there is a rooster (next door?) that crows intermittently, at any time of day or night, so we were awoken by that. Overall though, a wonderful stay in Hoi An - one of our favorite places.

Lovely surprise on arrival - all was much better than in the photos/online video - beautiful, spacious, light modern rooms. Stunning grounds. Good English spoken. Would have been perfect without next door's cockerel, & the hired motorbike breaking down!

A very pleasant stay.

Overall I had a very pleasant stay. The room is nicely decorated and the bathroom has a spa-like feel to it. The room itself is more of a 4 star quality than 3 star quality however due to the good but basic hotel services I'd still agree that overall the hotel is a 3 star hotel. The room was quite clean with the exception of the floor, it needed to be swept.
The staff are friendly and quite helpful. They recommended an excellent tailor which was really appreciated since there are hundreds to pick from in Hoi An.
The location is good, ten minute walk to town centre and about 4km from the beach , so renting a bicycle makes getting to the beach pretty easy.
In conclusion, great value for your money!

Lovely family run hotel situated minutes from the centre of Hoi an.Staff were all really freindly and spoke really good english.Room was a great size and very clean

Stunning, beautiful accomodation &friendly staff

We stayed in the villa overlooking the pool. It was stunning, beautifully furnished and quiet. The family that runs it are great! So friendly, accommodating and helpful. The food was beautiful and service always with a smile.
The prices are very reasonable.
We are unsure what we loved the most. Our room, the bathroom, the pool, the food or the cocktails by the pool!
The location is a short 10 minute from the main tourist area which we loved. It was so quiet and peaceful.
We truly felt we were in a resort.
We cannot recommend this venue highly enough!
