We didn't like the two-persons shared duvet on the bed and they provided kindly an extra duvet. Also when I lost my room-card I had a new one free of charge. The tram M4 going to Alexander Platz and the bus 200 going to the western part of Berlin stop just outside the hotel so it is easy to get around

The concierge was fantastic, making suggestions, reservations and generally being lovely.

It is located a few stops on the metro from the center of town and is easy to find. We had a blocked shower on the first night but the staff fixed it the next day. The internet is not free, in fact it is around 12euros per 24 hours: I would not have stayed at this hotel if I had noticed this at the time of booking.

BREAKFAST BUFFET,ROOM DESIGN/SIZE,LOCATION. 9,7 Had an excellent stay at this Hotel the staff were very helpfull and informative for the attractions / sightseeing all public transport and recommendations on fabulous restaurant's in the city, the hotel provided information on any of the tours available throughout our stay, the rooms very clean and the bed was comfortable and of good size. The breakfast was second to none....excellent!!!!!.
