The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious for two. I really enjoyed my holiday in Berlin and in this hotel.

There is also a 24/7 supermarket nearby. We did the 2.3hour cruise (www.ReedereiWinkler.de) board near Friedrich Bahnhof (S & U bahn- take bus 147 from hotel) and 1 hour trishaw near Panoramic street, Alexanderplatz (bus 48)
