Du lịch nhóm Australia, 18 Tháng Bảy 2012	Nice hotel & friendly staff Comfortable & metro right out front 7,7 i got in very late to milan so i took a cab from milano centrale (but metro stop right in front) and it only cost no more than or so euro. i had emailed in advanced to tell them of my late arrival and they emailed straight back and had made note of my late arrival. small yet comfortable room with free wifi. breakfast was not included and it was just the basics but i was leaving early again the next morning so that was good for me.

The rooms are clean. Location is very accessible, very near to Metro station few steps away and staffs are helpful and even the housekeeping lady is friendly. Convenient with supermarket nearby. Will surely go back and recommend to family and friends.

Would book this hotel again and again Great location, very helpful and friendly staff, nice rooms with good facilities 9 the train station is located just front of the hotel lobby (porto venezia station)! no long walks necessary if you wanna go shopping or for meals. milan trains are not as complexed as most countries so it's easy to get around. just 1-2 stops from designer shopping destinations such as duomo and via montenapoleone. upon arrival they will teach you how to move around d city and will give u a tutorial of the maps in regards to shopping, food, sightseeing and etc. was amazed how good the rooms as it was spacious, clean, new, big elevators and space big enough for us to open our luggages with extra room to walk around. most european hotels do not have such space. toilets had good space. if you are used to the luxury of space like in most asian hotels, this is your best bet! cheers!

So the main door of hotel is always lock, you need to ring the bell before someone will attend to you. no room service, always need to go down lobby when you request something because the front desk staff need to be always look out for guest coming.
