There is a tram stop right at the front of the hotel which is very handy. We hired bikes for the duration of our stay but found it hard to lock them up safely outside the hotel.

The sauna can be booked in advance and then you can relax in private - I spent a whole hour and it was lovely after being out in the cold. I was actually here too for the first 3 nights before moving over to Brussels for two nights. Like the first three nights, I enjoyed my stay here. Location is brilliant, I like that the hotel is located on a relatively quiet street compared to other places. Appreciated the fact that two pillows were provided on each bed in the room. Entry ticket includes two free drinks (which you can enjoy at the bar at the end of the tour), halfway thru the tour you will also get a small glass as part of the tasting. Also includes a mini motion simulator and a short canal cruise to the Heineken Brand Store nearby! Brilliant and value for money!

Location is good, within walking distance from Centraal Station and Dam Square/Royal Palace. Surrounding is quiet and pleasant. I believe the hotel is under rated for the quality of service and installations and facilities that they provide.
