I consider it a bit overpriced though and we did not like the assignment of our room, just beside the street. The information about sightseeing given by part of the staff was not good enough (a member of the staff was even unable to locate the hotel in the map) and no free maps were available, we were given a map in German language (not Spanish nor English) for 5 liras. Du lịch nhóm United Kingdom, 28 Tháng Chín 2012	Beautifully decorated hotel in convenient location gorgeous bathrooms and decor, fabulous turkish baths 7,7 nice mix of the old turkish style decor - lots of gold and marble and turquoise - with all modern conveniences and in sparkling condition. the location is very convenient, just a short walk from the grand bazaar, right by the tram stop and not far from the metro interchange at Akasaray, and a taxi rank outside the hotel. However, it is a large and ugly junction, though we were pleasantly surprised by the peace and quiet once inside the hotel. Do check out the Turkish baths in the basement, a delightful and helpful man attended to our every need, providing towels and setting the sauna, steam, jacuzzi and hammam to the perfect levels for us. The rooms are lovely, spacious compared to other hotels in istanbul of the same price and with amazing power shower in the gorgeous modern bathroom. But this hotel is great for shopping in the grand bazaar and along the main tram line there are lots of shops too.

Only way to move around is taking the train, not friendly to walk around. Bad service at lobby when checking in, staff was rude and charge you for a city map! Beautiful view of a mosque, but they begin prayers too early in the morning, so too loud for us.

Đi công tác 12 Tháng Chín 2012	Nice Location and new clean hotel The location, perfect for exhibition and leisure 7,3 We stayed for 7 nights as 5 days for exhibition and 2 days for leisure. The room was OK and consider a small room. For staying 7 nights in the same hotel, they should give us a better room, well, at least the room with a big window. The room we got with a small window and lousy view. When we just arrived, there is no smile from the manager and he only smile to ladies, feel like we are not really being welcome in this hotel. Wifi in the room is quite trouble some, hard to connect and it only allow 1 device to connect as we need to sign in with our room number. When we complain that we can't connect to wifi, the front desk simply told us, they will call us back within 2 minutes, but never called back. The room service was another lousy service, they simply add soap and shampoo, sometime they did not clean our cup and there was one night, they were cleaning up other room at 23.30 when we were sleeping and they made some noise. We faced almost the same breakfast for 7 days, they change 1 or 2 menu sometime but not everyday but the breakfast place has awesome view. The hotel is only 10 min walk from Aksaray Metro and 2 min walk from Aksaray Tram, 3TL to go every where. 10 min walk to Grand bazaar and 30 min walk to Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia.

The standard of the rooms is good and the cleanliness to a high standard. The restaurant however is not very good at all so I would not stay there and eat dinner but as there are plenty of good places to eat close by this was not a problem.
