Comfortable stay, but poor service

It was comfortable stay in clean room, but the service was very poor. I had to ask for something few times and most of the time I even did not get what requested for. Lack of service is spoiling the overall feeling of staying in this hotel, I would not give it 4*.

Great location crap service
Best thing about this hotel is that it was opposite subway resturant and a supermarket and room sizes are not bad

Bad housekeeping they clean rooms at 12midnight a hotel apartment with no drinking glasses bowls forks nothing. The porters don't lift a finger to help when you have bags to carry. Poor guest relations.

Not luxury one, good for Business

Actually I used to go to the hotel only for sleeping.
In general I rate this hotel 6 of 10 because of the following reasons:
1. Very bad response for Housekeeping (if they answer your calls)
2. They never clean the rooms while staying.
3. No baby cot (small bed for babies) available which cause for me a big issue.
4. No enough bath towel, and when you ask Housekeeping they inform you that they don't have.
5. No coffee or tea or drinking water in the room.
6. They offer you only one tissue packet and they never replace it.
7. They don't offer sleepers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, bath sponge (Lofeh), I personally advice to bring all your stuff if you want to stay in this hotel.
Good features in the hotel:
Free Wi-Fi, car parking, cleanness in the first day only, calm, near Subway restaurant and Carrefour.

Nice Hotel but service could have been better

Stay was OK as a whole and room itself was very good.
Bathroom wasnt one of the best things though . Power plug didn't work and water spilled all over the floor while taking shower.
We needed a power adapter to charge our appliances but couldn't get any despite several requests to staff at reception.
Also, when we were checking in, staff told us that they hadn't received booking confirmation from agoda. Staff did acknowledge print out of booking confirmation, but we had to wait for good half an hour before we were checked in .

Good location but slightly small rooms.

This hotel is a short distance from the beaches but well with-in walking distance in less the 40C temperatures. Shopping, the Emerites Mall and Global City are all a short taxi ride away. The rooms are quaint and a bit small in the business suite size. The rooms are well kept, clean and modern.

Go experiance Global City. It is well worth the shopping trip. This is like an international bazaar but very well orginized. There is also many cultural bands and performances all over the place.

it was good experience , reception staff are very help especially mr. abdulla.
just i had delay in cleaning my room although i had requested twice. otherwise i recommend the hotel and would stay next time.

Awful Customer Service

I left early in the morning and arrived late in the evening to find there had been no housekeeping. At 10pm while getting ready for bed, they arrived unannounced to clean the room! They could not understand my surprise!

Staff really nice, good location, perfect

i am sure i will come back. i arrived 3 hours before the check in after a 18 hours flight. they let me get in the room without any fee more and the boy in the front desk was really nice. i think the staff are well trainned. when i come back i am sure i am staying there again.
