Well located nice budget hotel
Easy access to buses, nice room and working air conditioning

- The best thing about this hotel is it's location. Plaza Americas is a short bus ride to the south, buses to the beach are only 20 meters away, and good restaurants are within walking distance.
- The shower gives a lot of water
- The A/C was nice and strong and the temperature control worked.
- Bed is a little hard but comfortable.
- 2 free water bottles are provided every day.
- Not all the staff speaks English however.
- Note there are no elevators at Soberanis, and only a few suites are on the ground floor

well, they say they have hot water, but we never had any, and at the front desk only one person speaks english, if she isnt there you have to resort to miming. there is a free continental breakfast included, its ok, nothing crazy, but its close to the bus station, and a bus stop and taxis right in front, the bar is fun at night, and its a quick bus ride to the beaches.

its central, 10 min walk to the ado bus station, taxis and local buses right in front, free continental breakfast, not such good english though at the front desk or restaurant. book more nights on agoda, its cheaper by about a night to their rate, and they said hot water, but we didnt have any

if you wanna book a tour to chichen itza, theres a place close to the ado bus station that is only about 45$, everywhere else asks for 80$ or more. you can also get there yourself for cheaper.

A great choice for budget travelers
great location in Cancoon!

I extended my stay in this place right after I had arrived. The location was just fantastic! it's right in front of a bus station and few steps away from the supermaket. I would recommend to the budget travelers who don't want to stay in Hotel zone.

Soberanis has very good value for the money. The location is fantastic that it's only a few steps away from the bus station which you get off when you take bus from the hotel zone. A huge super market is also few steps away so it was very convinient. The only thing I didn't like about this place was the noise from the Air conditioner.

Nice Place Outside the Hotel Zone

This hotel is a great choice if you want to save a little money by staying outside of the hotel zone. The rooms are big and clean and have good air conditioning. There is a large supermarket just around the corner and lots of good and reasonably priced restaurants and bars near by. It's about a 15 minute walk from the bus station, and you can easily catch a bus to the beach/hotel zone. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Basic breakfast was included as well.

This is a great budget hotel outside of the hotel zone. You can easily get to the beach by taking a bus from just around the corner from the hotel. It's very close to the bus station for going to the archaeological sites or other cities in Mexico too. There is a large supermarket nearby. The rooms are clean and big. We had a really nice stay thanks to the lovely staff.

we wanted to stay outside the zona hotelera. soberanis has a great location in cancun centro. it was just a 10 minute walk from the ado bus station which saved us a lot of money not having to take a taxi. it is right next door to a chedraui supermarket, great for buying fruit, water, snacks, and drinks at a reasonable price. the chedraui also has a cafeteria where you can eat for cheap. surrounding restaurants are reasonably priced and great food. the hotel restaurant is also good. rooms were cheap and had good air conditioning. you can easily take a bus to the zona hotelera (beaches) or plaza las americas for shopping. there was also unlimited free wifi.

soberanis is a decent hotel to start off a couple weeks journey through central america with.
everything was clear and with no surprises.
breakfast was a bit disappointing.
