Great kitchen 9,7 We arrived with young children and were upgraded to a larger room instantly. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Located very close to the mall and the restaurant district, we had everything at our fingertips. Great size kitchen and dining table, with a comfortable lounge area. Highly recommend!

We go to the fringe each year on the same weekend, the mantra was recommended to us by one of our friends. We enjoyed the rooms and the location but we could not have access to the balconies, the handles were not there for the doors.We are people who enjoy the outside and when we booked the rooms part of the features that attracted us to the Mantra was the fact that there was a Balcony listed for each room. This also meant that we had no fresh air at night as there was no air condiditoner in the rom and no open windows.

The worst thing about this hotel is that they do not have wi-fi access in room and even for the kiosk at the lobby, they charge for every 20 minutes of use. The room is overall ok and clean. There is car rental shops nearby but you have to book in advance instead of just walk in as the cars were always fully booked. The hotel is very near to the cafes and shops at Rundel Mall, so it is convenient.
