Du lịch cặp đôi New Zealand, 21 Tháng Hai 2013	Clean but very hot in summer and a mosquito-ridden Moden facilities 5 I had one night with my wife and was good but very hot in the room and used fans but still hot in the room. We were bitten by a mosquitoes and couldn't sleep. Check out time is too early 11AM. We had phone call from people and very rush to leave the room. We were cleaning the dishes when they called us.

Huge bathroom 8,3 enjoyed our stay, nice place to relax after busy day of sight seeing. enjoyed the complimentary dvd's and plunger coffee. one negative was how hot the rooms where, no fans or useful ac.

The owners and their staff are very friendly. The rooms are decent sizes and had a good size bathroon with spa bath. I also had a very relaxing massage within the premises. I would stay at Silver Fern again the next time I'm in Rotorua.

It is close to city center with friendly managers. Although I arrived early my room was ready and the room is spacious, decorated in a modern way, great bathroom with bath tub with massage options. Breakfast in room is possible on request and otherwise the kitchen in the studio has all you need to prepare a simple breakfast yourself. Proper internet connection and good tips were given for things to do in the area. Fantastic sleeping quality even though my room was next to office/laundry area and next to road; highly recommended and would have loved to stay here a bit longer!
