Outstanding Resort on the Beach - Great Vibe”
The mezzanine room layout was great for our eight-year-old boy, and he loved been upstairs in his own space with a tv to connect to his Nintendo. The modern luxury room overlooked the pool and had a balcony with table & chairs to listen to the ocean in the early morning. The restaurant proved popular during the quiet period for the island due to COVID; only domestic tourists were around so not as busy as usual for the summer holidays. The food was excellent, and the ambience is laidback overlooks beach & blue skies. It’s for us, the best place to visit on the island as it had everything, beautiful clean beach for the boy to play, high food menu, relaxing atmosphere, just what a holiday should be. Can’t wait for the next visit.

My family of 4 stayed at 3 different hotels on Koh Chang and this was by far our favorite! There are 8 modern comfortable ocean facing rooms, you cannot go wrong. The restaurant is fantastic and the location cannot be best! Our other hotels were twice the price and we liked this one best! White Sand beach is where you want to stay. It’s fun day and night

Gorgeous cozy hotel ”
My 1st stay here and I absolutely loved it White sands is the place to. Stay the room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable I was here for 6 nights however very quiet because of the Covid situation but still a lovely place to relax the food at the hotel was very nice and prices were very good the staff are amazing very helpful and friendly I definitely recommend this place for a relaxing retreat Big Thumbs up from me

Best place to stay in Koh Chang”
Tony and his crew do an excellent job. The food is a home run every time. The best part of White Sand Beach is 30 steps away. The ambience is “the place to be!”. At night you dine on the beach. Rooms are great too. If you need anything they will run out and get it for you. I would say this is the best place to stay in all of the whole island of Koh Chang! Enjoy!

Can’t fault the 15 palms at all Rooms were spacious and clean,beds super comfortable and air con worked great… nice little pool beside the beach and the cafe / restaurant served fantastic food Staff were polite and pleasant,overall I would definitely book to stay here again

Better than expected”
I’ve been traveling in thailand quite a lot and it’s quite common the pictures are way better than reality. Not this time. It’s just as good as it looks, the view and location is great and right next door to a scooter rental. Just awesome!!!

Exceptional”
Pool is small, with only 4 sunbeds, but it worked for quick swim. It's located at the beach, but during our stay it had so big waves, so we weren't allowed to swim there. But it looked nice and cozy. Food is really good, little bit overpriced compare to other places on the same street.

Lovely Stay ”
We had a lovely stay at the 15 Palms and would recommend this hotel. it was a little pricy for our budget however it is still a good price. The food is really nice, the do a Sunday Roast which is really nice. Tony and the staff are all lovely people who will help as much as they can.

Excellent small resort”
I stayed in one of the 4 better upstairs rooms (only 8 rooms altogether). Very comfortable and plenty of space. Food in the restaurant was extremely good, and portions were large (too big for me). Location, right on the beach suited me very well. Staff and owner very helpful. A very relaxing stay.

A good place to relax”
The resort is located on the white sand beach which is a very good place to spend your vacation. However, I think Klong Prao beach is better than the white sand beach because it's much larger and the waves are smoother. BTW, the food in this resort may be the best in white sand beach although it's not that cheap comparing to other vendors on the street. But imagine you sitting on the sofa and watching the sunset with a good pad thai. I think it does worth.
