Pros: - Upon arrival, the contact person was on time to assist us. - The kitchen was complete with working microwave, ref, kettle, and clean dining wares with dishwashing soap. - Good water pressure and air conditioning units. Cons: - The bedrooms were clean however, we found a wet towel which we think was used and the cabinet itself was smelly. - We got 3 blankets and 4 towels for 5 guests. - No bidet is forgivable but no pail to used either. - Water heater temp was unstable. - No rags available to maintain dryness/cleanliness. - Wifi was available but connection was not good. - Sockets were a bit loose. - We found a roach in the bathroom. Overall, we had a good stay and still satisfied.

Sir Jeff was very accomodating. There were NO WIFI and NO NETFLIX in the room so if your just lookong for somewhere you can spend the day with your loveone this room fits for you. Love the view from the window i was able to enjoy taal

We've only stayed a few hours just to attend a family gathering. Early check-in not possible as we've arrived in the vicinity 3 hours early so took the family a great nearby restaurant "Smoke Out" in Alfonso. Received a message from the host allowing us to check-in at 2pm which we did and it was quick with no hassle. Room was clean and cozy, great view of Taal Volcano. Overall I would stay here again in the future but this time a bit longer as the cost is worth it. Only issues I have aside from no early check-in are its a long walk for the free parking area and check out is early than normal at 11:30 am according to their guidelines.

We got asked if the wifi could be taken, we were there on work so it couldn't The power points, Kitchen and lounge work that's it No bedroom electric ports work Bathroom ones don't work No water heater due to faulty electrics Fridge power point does not work. All on all 9/13 power points did not work. Tiles loose in bathroom is a safety hazard The room needs some attention, Beds were comfortable, fridge was cold thankfully. And Aircon was good (bedroom Aircon leaking)

Okay naman ang place kaso hindi ka pwde magluto they only had microwave. -Location wise malapit sya sa Skyranch kaso you have to transfer from one tower to another. Not for senior or kids madami kang dadaanan na elevator,lobby ehhe. -Nice kasi they have 2 bedroom perfect for family and friends. -Stayed for 1 night but paid for 2days sayang lang hindi namin nagamit ang 1 night without refund and extended check out time — sana nextime they will consider . Huehue
