Great staff”
This is a budget hotel but the staff is 5 star. The rooms are nice and clean but quite small. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Location is very convenient. Just a tricycle ride to most places. They have a convenience store for snacks and other essentials. The only thing I didn't like is the food in their resto. It was quite bland. That's the only thing that needs improvement otherwise everything else is wonderful.

Great amenities but quite noisy ”
Booked this hotel for a family member's overnight stay for business. Amenities are good, clean. Except that they were put in a room facing the highway (which is opposite to what I originally booked for them--a quiet room). There is also a tricycle station just right outside of the hotel making the ambience extra noisy. Hope they can do something about it to reduce noise (say, sound absorbing curtains or sound proof panels)... Overall, the stay was okey.

Hotel is not well maintained. Paint on the walls are peeling off, no cabinets, tv only has ads on it, there are additional cost when you ask your complimentary breakfast be serve at your room. If your room is near the main road you will hear the cars passing by at night and loud music coming from the appliance store in the morning.

Central cheap and cheerful hotel. ”
Booking with Agoda cost me 500 pesos more in "taxes" that I wouldnt have paid if I booked directly. Where is the value in that? The hotel is just for overnight stops. No coffee facilities in room and room service made no effort to clean the room- we were in the same room for 2 nights. It was clean. Breakfast is filipino - no toast or tea. But the tocino was adequate.

The staffs are not friendly, rooms are small, loud noise coming from the outside and its within their property. I reported it but no actions are being considered! All in all its not comfortable to stay in this hotel!

I'd gladly return to this hotel!”
The hotel is clean and quite big, considering it's location. Their staff are at all times courteous and helpful. They have a dedicated restaurant with it's own building structure, and they serve decent and reasonably priced food, fit to nourish any weary traveller. Their parking is ample, well-lit and secure. They have a clean swimming pool with a nice pool side bar to boot. The hotel also operates a nail & foot spa and a 24 x 7 convenience store with instant food products, booze and other essential groceries. And their wifi is strong and readily available, in most parts of their property. Almost forgot to mention that they also operate Zen Hotel which is about half a kilometer (or less) away, also along the national highway (didn't have the time to check this second property out though.). 3K Hotel is professionally run and i'd gladly return to this hotel with my family in tow, when my future travels take me again to Santiago City.

Great for Overnight Stay”
Pros: located just along the highway, near various banks and wet market, staff are helpful and friendly (except guards), clean room and bathroom, with water heater, secured parking space. Cons: no view, dusty parking (literal lupa) so it gets muddy when wet with rain, staff do not recommend local food place other than their restaurant at the fourth floor, wifi is crappy, lacks tourist spots promotion of Santiago City or nearby cities (we did not have any idea where to go). We did not expect our room to be that nice. Overall, 3K Hotel is a great choice if you need a place to crash overnight.

i just wish that they train their front desk staff on how to properly check the booking 1. ) front desk staff asked me to pay upon check-in because she told me that my booking at agoda is not yet paid. 2. my booking is for 3D - 2N (07/19 - 07/21) but i decided to early check out so i check out at 07/20/18 evening, in my surprise upon check out the Front desk staff told me that i need to pay a LATE check out fee ., which i refuse to pay and ask her to review the booking.

The hotel is pretty okay, the staffs are helpful and polite. Our first room smells terrible and we transfered to room 204, it is better but it have still the stinky smell. It smells terrible! We find out that there is like a canal at the back of it.

Please ensure someone in front of the establishment (myplace) will direct your clients to the backdoor entrance. Also it will be good if sound from outside the rooms which is the hallway will not be heard from the inside. Had a hard time sleeping because it is noisy

Please orient staff on Agoda Booking”
The staff is not fully aware on agoda bookings. When we check-out they gave me a bill that includes payment for extra bed and breakfast. It was already paid when i booked the rooms in agoda app so i was shocked. I asked the attending manager and she confirmed that it was already paid. Good thing, i double checked the breakdown of the bill they gave me.
