    Advantages: Spacious accommodation with 2 bedrooms (1 private room and another double bed in the back zone without a door), clean, fully equipped amenities, has a kitchen and a drying area, comfortable bathroom. Disadvantages: Unable to contact the owner/caretaker of the accommodation at all, took a long time to find the place, asked shops for directions, and upon arrival, wasn't sure which room it was, people nearby said to just go in because there was a key left out, very confusing.

    Amazing Accomodation”

    We have been visiting Koh Samet for the last few years but this has been the best place we have stayed at. The house is nice and big and perfect location. Close to the City Centre, Taxi stand, 7/11 and the beach. Really amazing place, will only book there when we go to Koh Samet. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your perfect house. Can't wait to visit again.

    Well worth staying here”

    I found the location was perfect,walking distance to the beach and the majority off the shops. The size of the room was really big compared with everything else we saw unless you're willing to pay 2or 3x more and there was even a small kitchen area with cooking facilities.
