Great place!”
I like Ally Beach Boutique Resort so much that I extended my stay, even though I had originally intended to move on. The staff is exceptionally nice and extremely helpful, with everything. And special thanks to Ruby for local information and recommendations - always excellent. The services are great - free bicycles, free bicycle tour on some days, free shuttle into ancient Hoi An and to An Bang beach. My room is very comfortable, super-clean, and comfortable. Their waterfront restaurant is across the street, and then a 2-minute walk to the sea and public beach access is a few blocks away. Their own beach is currently covered by sandbags, protecting the property from erosion. It doesn't spoil the enjoyment of the restaurant at all, just means a little extra walk to get to a beach. Breakfast in the hotel is great - with any style of eggs on demand, and then all sort of Vietnamese offerings, different daily, fresh fruit and fruit juices, and various rolls and bread.

The hotel room is mid-range and more than enough, Air conditioned, fairly spacious and has everything you need if you're eating meals out. A good breakfast is included in the price. Staff are just lovely. Please tip people. The country is so poor and they are so giving. No-one ever asks for a tip, but their faces light up if you do. 100,000 VND (about 70 cents) is a useful amount for a local. There is a lot to do in the immediate area, and several great restaurants ($5 for a couple of beers and a delicious meal), but shopping (leather and clothing) is in the old city, a ten-minute drive away. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to town. All pretty damn amazing really.

BEST STAFF”
The staff make this Hotel - they are so attentive and helpful. Eric went out of his way to get bananas for my girl when she was sick which was lovely. Great location, shops nearby, shuttle bus regularly into town which isn't far away. Yummy breakfast variety each morning, spacious clean and quiet rooms. Pool is shaded which means no sunburn which was good also. Room service was prompt also. Definitely would stay there again.

Pros Breakfast selections were great The room was spacious and clean Within walking distance to the beach and provides free shuttle to the hotel's private beach. Exceptional”
When I first booked this hotel, I was a bit apprehensive due to the lack of reviews but I'm really glad I went through with it! Although we had a few bumps, the staff was AMAZING and did everything they could to make up for it! Customs took us longer than normal (over an hour) and the driver sent by the hotel had already left so we took a taxi. When we got to the hotel, the staff was apologetic immediately and gave us complimentary fruit in our room to make up for it. We were celebrating my son's birthday and the staff (Miss Lau) specifically ordered us a 9" birthday cake from a bakery and presented the cake (with candles) to my son while singing happy birthday. It was one of the highlights of our trip! As for cleanliness, only reason I gave a 4 stars was due to the carpet...it felt like it could be cleaner, but I'm a bit sensitive to cleanliness, my kids weren't bothered.

This was our very first hotel in Vietnam. We would choose it again. The staff was outstandingly professional and kind. The hotel has great location. Several restaurants close to it. They serve a wide range of selection of foods for breakfast. They offer free of charge transfer to Hoi An and also to their private beach. Thank you for being such great service providers. The hotel is located in a good location near the beach surrounded by peaceful environment. I booked family room with triple bed, it was so cleaned. All Staffs Linda Yuri and Lisa, they are very nice and friendly. Breakfast is yummy.

all of staffs are nice, friendly and really helpful. they also have shuttle services to private beach and city centre as free (you just need to book it before) it was really convenience. i went there with my friend , next time i really want to go there with my parents. see you next time :) thank you so much for everything. We enjoyed our stay at the resort.Unfortunately the private beach across the from the hotel is no longer there due to weather.The hotel did provide a daily free shuttle to another private beach .They also provide a free shuttle to the old town and night market.The staff were very helpful and friendly..The food in their restaurant was good especially the chicken pizza..We felt very safe walking around the local neighbourhood.Lots of good local restaurants to try.The hotel is very clean .We used their bicycles to travel around at times .The bikes are little older ,no helmets available..Overall ,it was a great place for us

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed, the staff are very professional and helpful especially a young lady on reception called yuri , great location for the beach and only 15 mins from the centre of Hoian but there are plenty of places to go close to the hotel, will definitely go ther again great value for money

Great beach side hotel in hoi an”
This is an excellent hotel on the beach, it's not as close to the beach as the pictures make it look as there in a row of beach side restaurants seperating you and the actual beach However the hotel has free bicycles and a shuttle bus to use to get to on beach restaurant accociated with the hotel which is very nice. The hotel it self is very nice for the money with outstanding staff that do their best to help with anything you may need. The buffet breakfast is ok not amazing but worth it none the less. Overall the hotel is in a decent location with great option to get into the city or beach and for the money it definitely has my recommendation is your staying in hoi an.

Beautiful hotel”
We had a lovely stay here for 6 nights. The beach across the road isn't swimmable or walkable - but it's a quick drive to An Bang beach. The hotel also provides a shuttle to An Bang and Hoi An old town. The room is very clean and furnished nicely. Loved the bathroom! Great breakfasts and restaurant :) Highly recommend!
