HASSLE-FREE, WARM & WELL-FURNISHED. The accommodation simply felt like HOME: squeaky-clean and comfortable! They literally took the heavy lifting off our vacation so we could just chill and enjoy the best that Legazpi could offer. We're looking forward to stay longer next time as the place is just a stone's throw away from the Legazpi Grand Central Terminal (which is the main hub to different scenic spots), SM mall, Legazpi Boulevard (features spectacular shows every weekend), and the best local restaurants that serve their iconic Bicol Express, Pancit Bato, and Sili Ice Cream. The host made sure that we're comfortable in our cozy room as they're generous enough to provide extra linens, beddings and towels for us. Our safety's well-prioritized as well with secure locks and emergency lights. Pretty decent WIFI and drinking water's also supplied. You gotta check out their compact yet downright complete kitchen too! Above anything else, we felt that we belong to the community as the host introduced us to everyone around, where some even went out their way just to help us get around and snag the best deals in the market! There's simply nothing like staying where you know you're safe, comfortable, welcome, and 100% satisfied--blame it on the mesmerizing view of Mt. Mayon by the window! Haha! The place is budget friendly and safe. It is also near the tourist destinations. Free body wash and soap, and free gallon of water. The place also has a mini ref and rice cooker. We will definitely come back to this place!

Budget Friendly but Excellent Quality”
This room is budget friendly. It has big room space, mini-kitchen and spacious bathroom. The room is clean, the floor is clean that we can walk around bare-footed. Ms. Fatima is helpful when we requested to ask around about tour services. The location is near the main road (few minutes walk). There are eateries nearby. Try Ceas along Rizal St

Property is new and a little hard to locate but the location was perfect for our needs - near BU where we attended a seminar. Faith and her husband was very accommodating and easy to talk to - with our requests. I would only suggest to have the room/bathroom cleaned regularly and also change the towels/linens maybe 2x a week. No complaints anyway and will stay here again if ever I return to Legazpi.
