Great location and good sized rooms”
My stay at the Anzac Wooden Guesthouse & Cafe was a pleasant experience. The rooms are excellent and can easily accommodate 2 adults and a child. The owner of the guesthouse is a extremely helpful woman who speaks fluent english. The beach at Jomtien is a mere fifty metres away where there are numerous restaurants available to eat in. There is a public taxi service running 24 hours which can transport you along the beach road and into the city of Pattaya.

A beautiful place with kind hearted staffs”
we- 3 guys- have enjoyed good time in pattaya and with anzac wooden guest house. the room and service is surprisingly good. we could check in early and even get a motobike for free. we definitely will be back next time. one small minus point is the location abit far from center of the beach but it would not be a problem if you can walk 1-2km.

delightful owner of guest house and staff”
i stayed in anzac guest house because of the location to the beach and seafood restraunts nearby.My stay in the guest house was very enjoyable and comfortable like my own home,lek the owner is very nice ,great person to chat with and advice about places of interest to visit.i would wake in the morning and start the day with a very nice cappucino made by lek or her staff mon mmm delicious,the breakfast is made from fresh ingredients(lek goes to the market very early in the morning)i very much enjoyed staying there the room was very big and the bed very comfortable had a very good sleep ready to go out during the day sight seeing i reccomend a stay 10/10

Amzazing”
This guesthouse is very good. Not only clean and hudge rooms but also the staff is so sweet and loved to take care about us. Also they have delicious food and very cheap. We enjoyed this place alot and fully recommend it. Pattaya is special and we felt a bit out of place in this citY. Even if the beach is pretty and we enjoyed the beautiful weather, we were happy that we got this nice place to stay and felt welcome there.

Lovely place with perfect service”
i strongly recommend this hotel. i and my family enjoyed a lot for staying in this hotel for 2 days. rooms are very big and comfortable. the most important thing is that the room is very clean, safe and quite. staffs and boss are very friendly and helpful. it is convenient to go to beach and restaurant there. i and my family will go back to this hotel for sure if we go to pattaya again.

good service and big rooms”
The staff in the hotel took the initiative to introduce Pattaya to us. We asked the staff how to go to the airport with less transport time and cheaper price. She helped us to use thailand language to bargain with the taxi driver to take us to the bus station. We could call the staff for information 24-hour too. In one sentence, the service in this hotel is excellent. The only pitfall is that the hotel is a little bit far from hot sight-seeing places.

An average hotel with a smile”
it was a good hotel overall. however, the rooms photo and the photo of the entrance of the hotel placed on agoda give you an impressive look which is not the reality. the hotel is just above average but in the photos they have painted the color of the rich. that is something, i didn't like. the second thing i did not like was they put three stars (or 3.5 stars if not mistaken)but if you ask me honestly, in india, such hotels can be a part of 1 star. so if the 1 star of india is equal to 3 star of thailand then i don't blame agoda or hotel to portray as 3 stars otherwise this was a felony again. otherwise the rest was good. the staff is cordial. the room is clean. and the third negative point which is the biggest about that it is far from pattaya beach, walking street. though you get a tuk-tuk car (a taxi) but they are not available round the clock and most of the times you have to walk almost a kilometer to get one and still it costs you 20 or 30 baht. so if you want to go for party, girls and to walking street or pattaya beach, hire the hotel from that area.

I had no complaints about the Anzac apartments. Good sized rooms. Good staff. It's a little remote being at the far end of jomtien beach & I found many mosquitoes in the room but all in all good budget apartment!

this hotel is located almost at the end of jomtien hotel. those who are looking for long days to be spent at the beach, not bothering about nightlife. this hotel is the best. works out cheaper. the hotel is maintained neat. staff are cordial.

Clean & Comfortable”
Hotel was a pleasant place to stay with reasonable price surrounded by shops, restaurants, near the beach and massage places but location too far from tourist attractions and finding public transportation was challenging. Songtheaws were available but they we had to bargain a lot for a half decent price because the hotel is very far. Also some people around that area had loud and roudy parties over the new year's weekend which started at 2 or 3am and ended maybe around 5am so can't sleep in peace.

Hotel with hospitality and great coffee ”
I enjoyed the hotel the moment I entered the lobby area. The staff was friendly and made me feel at home. The room was clean and very quiet during all times of the day. I liked waking up in the morning with a nice cappuccino, which was made with love and care. I hope to go there again.

Small Guesthouse with Large hearted People”
I would say i enjoyed staying there...very good and neatly maintained rooms, but still no lift, very good management, very friendly, did had a hard time to explain things to them receptionist but she managed it superbly. my special thanks to the owner of that place, lake, reeptionist and the special person though is a neighbour and a Taxi owner. i wish i get a time to see them all again soon

"Excellent Clean Spacious Room in Quiet Location"”
as per pros, staff exceptionally helpful, mod cons, large bed. cons - the bed was very hard and pillows were overly high but the staff placed a softer mattress mat on top of the bed which helped & i bought a childs pillow, as this was the only narrow pillow i could find. also couldn't get the dvd player to work. all in all was a lovely place to stay. quiet area away from the nite life & shopping (baht bus cheap & easy to get there though) but close to the floating market which is worth a look.
