Absolutely awesome place ”

Honestly the best place I've ever been at Jomtien! Have been to another hotels at the same price, and when I entered the room - couldn't believe my eyes! Super big room, with dining place with table, sofa, microwave, water heater - it looks like a small apartment!!! Super huge bathroom with a balcony! Everything is new and clean and there was an awesome smell inside!!! One of the best places I've ever stayed! Definitely will be back there soon!

Great room and service”

Room was spacious and clean, and location is so close to the beach. Only negative is finding the place one one the street. So many hotel signs but the Apple guest house, although renevations were ongoing at the time.

Excellent”

I liked this place. The room was large and well furnished with two balconies, one in back and one in front. Owner is friendly and maid did a good job cleaning. Coffee and tea station downstairs and electric kettle in the room. Good location near to the beach. Overall a good value. Would definitely stay again.

Shame!”

We arrived in Pattaya around 9pm, we tried to get in touch with the guesthouse the day before just to make sure somebody was there to wait for us and help us arrange a transfer. Unfortunately nobody ever answered the phone, so we just turned up at the address provided by Agoda and well.. there was no Apple Guesthouse. We walked back and forth the road, no signs of the hotel whatsoever. We asked locals, apparently nobody ever heard about Apple Guesthouse. Finally the receptionist from an hotel nearby helped us get in touch with Apple, who came and picked us up with some reluctance. Apple guesthouse has got no visible signs, it goes by the name of Paradise Cove, Peter By the Sea, Mkent.. we were told the place is under renovation, and that's reason why it is such a mess. The Guesthouse itself is quite average: shower and toilet are in bad condition, very little effort to make the whole place look any nicer. They were clearly not ready to welcome any guest: no shower gel nor soap, we had to ask for toilet paper and towels. We appreciated the air con tho, quite useful during the humid Pattaya nights, and two complementary bottles of water. Guesthouse location is only convenient if you like to spend your time on the seaside; besides that, it takes roughly 20 mins to reach Pattaya downtown with a songthew. Around the guesthouse we found plenty of nightclubs full old white people looking for some "Thai" fun. In a nutshell, very disappointing, it wasn't worth the few bucks we spent.

Good Value”

A bit hard to find because the map marker was off by one street and the sign was not well lit. It seems to have 3 names. The Mountain King sign is easiest to spot. Very close to the beach and local restaurants. The room exceeded expectations for the money but it had a bit of a mildew smell.

Best Place ever since 2007 visited Pattay”

Great Room But Don't Expect Anything Else”

I recently stayed here during Songkran (Thai New Year). The (deluxe) room is impressive with views of both Soi Welcome (front) and the grounds of a Buddhist Monastery to the back. Over 60 satellite channels too on TV. Good sized fridge also. Rooms are cleaned every 2nd day. No laundry service but there is a place next door which does it. Staff are extremely cold and i felt uncomfortable at times passing the reception area. I got the impression the Lobby area was primarily set up to cater for daily coach loads of Chinese tourists. As for the guests actually staying there don't expect much in terms of service. All in all i found this guesthouse a rather mixed experience.

Apple Guest house didn't exist?”

When we arrived we were moved to their friends hotel down the road and they said the Agoda pictures of Apple were from 3 Years Ago?! I'd probably suggest staying closer to the Temple of Truth and then get out of Pattaya as soon as you can.

Smelly”

Room stunk so bad had windows open all night with night club next door open till 4 am then cocks from chicken farm at rear start up staff good they paid for another hotel down the road because they didn't like the smell either

SO DIRTY ”

so dirty. and the name is wrong. we turned 30 minutes to find it. it's not apple house but INNOVA. and please note that this place is noisy and very dirty you can find much better for the same even less. avoid.

Friendly staff but sketchy people hanging around”

The women that worked there were really nice. I don't want to say a bad word about them. However it was a little sketchy with the long term guests or whoever else other was like lingering around. The whole area is a little less than desirable though.

海が目の前にある。一階はレストラン。エレベーターはないが、部屋は広く、清潔感があり、部屋から海も少し見える。シャワールームの扉を開けると海と夕陽が見えた。食事、ショッピングにもいい場所。ただ、エアコンがあまり冷えず、30分で止まってしまうので困った。全体的にみて、価格も安いし、コストパフォーマンスはまずまずのホテルではないか。

แย่มากๆๆๆๆ อารมตั้งแต่วินาทีแรกที่ถึงคือ ถึงแล้วหรอวะใช่หรอวะเนี่ย โอ้ยเหมือนในรุปตรงหนาย เดินเข้าไปเหม็นอับมาก พอถึงห้องโอ้ยอ่างก้สกปรกแทบไม่อยากจะอาบในอ่าง เข้าเชคอินตอน6โมง น้ำไม่ไหลมันตั้งแต่4ทุ่ม จนเช้าอีกวันก้ยังไม่ไหลจะให้อาบน้ำล้างหน้ายังไงล่ะคะ จองไป2ห้องห้องเพื่อนโอเคใหญ่ดี แต่ ทีวีเสีย เหนคอมเม้นหลายๆคนก้บอกว่าเสียไม่คิดจะซ่อมหน่อยหรอคะ อีกห้องเล็กกว่าหน่อยมีทีวีใช้ได้แต่ รีโมทใช้ไม่ได้ เข้าใจค่ะว่าห้องราคาเท่านี้ก้ต้องได้ประมานนี้ หลักๆที่ไม่พอใจคือน้ำนี่แหละ น้ำไม่ไหลคุณก็แทนที่จะรีบแก้จน10โมงกว่าพึ่งจะเหนคนเดินขึ้นไปแล้วบอกกำลังซ่อม พอถามนี่นานไหมคะบอก10นาที จนจะเที่ยงอยุ่ละพอเที่ยงก้ต้องรีบเชคเอ้าอีกสุดท้ายต้องเชคเอ้าก่อนมาล้างหน้าแปรงฟันหน้าหาด สรุปง่ายๆ แย่ค่ะจอกันครั้งเดียว
