“Tour Group members enjoyed this hotel”

Front desk staff were consistently helpful, rooms were clean, viking breakfast was great with a lot of well-prepared options, and the location is super convenient. I love this hotel and have gotten great deals on more than one occasion, so always choose it first when the price is right and it’s not sold out.

    “Conveniently located ”

Stayed on the female only floor in annex building. Note that there's a small flight of about 5-6 steps leading to the annex building, but still manageable with big luggage. Overall I'm contend with my stay, not the newest hotel in general but room was clean, quiet and very safe for solo traveller. Also located in the heart of Asakusa with many food options around.

Located very near to Sensoji Temple... Less than 5 mins. 5mins walk from Asakusa Station (exit3) and walk all the way straight. So many eateries around. Family mart is right below the hotel. Room ok for 2 pax and it's clean. All basic aneminities provided. Free coffee for all guest too. Will return to stay here if Im back to Tokyo again.

    “Clean room/ Helpful staff/ EN”

Staff - Check-in 20.00 with smooth and helpful staff. Show how to use the key. I left 'power bank' in Osaka and staff help me communicate with hotel in Osaka and finally i got it back. Thank you very much. Room - I got first floor, no window. But easier for my my big luggage. Clean room and receive lady amenities once check-in. :)

    “Convenient location and clean”

If from/to Asakusa station with a luggage, search A2b exit as this is where the elevator is. Pros:  1. Right next to orange street, very near the shopping district and temple so it is easy to go back and refresh if you get tired 2. free coffee, ice cubes, water in the reception area. 3. convenience store at the main building ground floor 4. provides toiletries and pajamas 5. the hotel is clean and does not have any weird smell. cons: 1. if assigned to the annex building, you have to go to the other building where the reception area is to get coffee and water. no water dispenser per floor. 2. You have to carry your luggage for a few steps as there is a stairs in front of the annex building 3. a bit far from the train station entrance (A2b) with an elevator. Japan is not convenient for people with luggage as there are not much escalators in subway stations.
