This hotel is in a perfect location to all amenities, food shops and nightlife. The room I stayed in was perfect and fulfilled all of my needs. A fitness centre and lunch/dinner eatery would've been perfect, but given that plenty of food options were on the doorstep of this hotel this wasn't a big problem. Overall a very good place to stay.

Got a free upgrade at check in. Big rooms, and staff is very friendly. The hot water situation and the buffet breakfast need improvement, but was great value for the money compared to other hotels in this area. Would stay again. Thanks guys!

Great service at an affordable price”
I recently stayed at a hotel with a group of friends and was extremely impressed with the level of service we received. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable during our stay. They were even able to group all of our rooms, which made it much easier for us to socialise and spend time together. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and comfortable accommodations on a budget.

Relatively new but utterly lacking in facilities - no pool, no gym, no restaurant except breakfast. Kitchenette in studio had no water kettle, no microwave, no plates, utensils or glassware. Just a sink. Better places to be found everywhere.

Unfriendly ”
We booked our room Junior Suite through agoda and requested for early check. We departure from Bangkok and arrived 12:00. We asked for check in Receptionist not talk much she just said 2 pm. We go to have lunch and return n at 1pm, we saw Chinese guests can check in. Then we asked for check in they said OK. It look funny for us (adult with child and infant). Breakfast not good 11:30 she called us and said time to check out 🤔🙄😊 Not recommended for this hotel

Overall we had a great stay at Asana Hotel for our trip to Pattaya. Price was reasonable given that we had a spacious and very clean room, though there were no basic kitchenware available. Location is close to the fruit market, has a Domino's pizza nearby, is close to massage places and travel agencies, and is 10-15 minute walk to the Walking Street and Pattaya beach. Hotel is also 20 minutes from Pattaya bus terminal going to Bangkok.

Asana is a newer, boutique style hotel with an excellent location to South Pattaya. I enjoyed the oversized room and the staff was extremely helpful.

It has been my second time in Asana and it feels like home in there. Staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, reasonably sized with a kitchen corner. For the price you pay it's hardly possible to find a better deal. I would definitely come back!

I recommend this hotel to all types of travelers. Room is clean, big and modern. WiFi is also good. cleaning the room and changing the towel every day. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious, it has both Thai style and western style breakfast. When I come again to pattaya,I will choose this hotel for sure.
