I was given a room with a leak in the bathroom ceiling which dripped right into the toilet bowl. Who knows where that water came from. There was no seat on the toilet. I demanded for a different room. The second room I was given was better, but the bathroom floor was not cleaned. It was wet all over. The shower area had no curtains and the sink drain leaked. The shower water heater was too hot. It was difficult to adjust because it was mounted high. The hotel is close to restaurants, stores and Ormoc port and terminal. It was cheap, but at least they could have fixed these issues before they allow guests to use the rooms.

We have never been to a hotel where they monitor your day time guests. Max in room 15 minutes then penalty payment. They say visit in lobby. 2 chairs 1 table ? No real lobby for conversation. Not allow ed

The doorknob was defective. We could hear the voices of people talking outside the room and the sound of elevator doors opening and closing. The television set was out of service. Room amenities was very minimal. Chair was dirty.

Decent Hotel in a good location”
Staff were friendly and there is security and an elevator. In Southeast Asia you could get a nicer accommodation for less money. Philippines is over priced in general, My first room had a broken TV so they moved me to another room where the wifi router didn't get a signal so I requested the first room again. The staff wanted to change my sheets and towels at past 5 pm on the second day, which I found odd. The rooms were spacious and the mattress was comfy but the furniture was very dirty and I had to clean out the AC filter because it was clogged with dust. It was good enough, but they really need to do a deep clean of the place and repair some of the broken things. I wouldn't live here full time, but it's okay for a few days.
