Great clean rooms”
We had a good time here in a room with kitchenette. Large fridge and washing machine. Pool is in a shaded area but does get some sun for 3 or 4 hours a day. Ample beds to lie on. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a quiet area of town but a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle for Wich Pattaya is known. We used Grab and Bolt apps to get a taxi, 50 to 60 baht to the center or you can walky down to beach road, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes. I recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Most comfortable and soft beds - new not over used Pillows - bottom egg Shells firm & top supersoft - I am going to purchase simular pillows for my home 🏠 - no need to bring you own pillows here !! Duel split system air con - room always cool and climate - appreciate breathing in the air from a modern air conditioning system Awesome pool open till late with operating bar - fountains from pool give awesome massages on your back Spacious rooms with great amenities and clean & spotless . Wonderful and friendly staff. Great room service and choices. I will stay here again - and I have stayed around 10 different locations in Pattaya and this hotel has been the best over all my stays Highly recommended it.

The best Happy Songkran staycation that I can remember. My wife and baby boy with our family enjoyed the Altera Hotel and Residence, located in Pattaya City. We had so much fun for ourselves. The property was very clean and the huge pool was amazing. Breakfast was great and the staff was so helpful. I would like to shout out to our very assistive and excellent and the best staff that helped my family and I. I have never met a person who would meet our needs and expectations above and beyond. I do n’t know your full name but Thank you so much Khun ART a very gentleman indeed. Thank you for helping our rooms at the 3rd floor 1301,1302 and for giving us free amenities. Clean and comfortable”
I booked the Deluxe Room for 1 night as the Grand Suit is not available for today. The Deluxe Room is exceed our expectations. It is clean and comfortable. The location is quiet from all the noisy live bands, it is great for me as I preferred a quiet night to sleep.

We stayed for ten days and loved it, the staff were super happy friendly and when above and beyond even with difficult guests. The location was excellent and the food was great the room was very clean and maintained everyday. Altera is located at prime location from where you can accessible to beach (5 min walk), Shopping malls, Bus station , Port for ISLAND tours and close to multiple restaurants. the staff is very caring and responding. Not all superior rooms are the same”
I spent 2 days a week ago and 2 days the prevoious week both bookd the same grade room. First stay was great the bedroom was large and airy but the secons stay the bedroom was so small it felt clostrophobic in comparison.

Quiet Location”
If you prefer a place for a quiet night's sleep, this hotel is away from the main street, away from the live bands but with a 5 - 8 mins walk to the bar street to enjoy a drink or take the shuttle with 10B pp to the Cental Festival or Terminal 21.
