I am traveling with a friend, and we have nothing but great things to say about our stay at the Atlas Hotel. The staff, especially Ms. Giang are so friendly and helpful. They made us feel so welcomed. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the bar was a great place to relax in the evening and during the afternoon. We loved to sit there and read or play games by the pool. They offered some nice tours, especially the cooking class and basket boat tour in the countryside. Location is perfect, and the hotels car was so helpful in picking us up on time from Da Nang airport. I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Hoi An, and will stay here again if I come back.

Perfect 50's birthday celebration/Vietnam, Hoi An”
Atlas boutique hotel is so upscale it self, small minimalist deco boutique hotel. The staff are trying their best to make sure we had an amazing experience. The English was a barrier but when you have good Will to help that soon it's irrelevant. They welcome us with a drink, a warm wet towel, information, and very welcoming reception. By email wasn't that easy, they don't feel confident with their lenguage skill and limit themselves to a extremely basic communication but as soon you are there in person is a total different matter. They gave flowers, a cake early morning, sing happy birthday to our breakfast table, arrange reservation to the morning glory and secret garden, help is get to the memories Hoi An show, grab all. Plus the room was quite interesting with a window door to a private balcony full of bamboos. The spa, nice, professional and practical. Did one a day in the morning special. Highly recommended

Pleasant stay ”
Unbeatable location, just walk less than 7mins to the old Town! Many spa and restaurants near the hotel and a mini mart just a stone flow. I booked 2 nights, my room was 403, spacious room with conformable mattress, cleanliness, big bathroom, and have a little balcony too! Everyday breakfast changed a little with local foods and western foods too! All staffs were friendly and nice, always smile, especially one girl (Giuang) at the reception, remembered my name too! I couldn't highly recommend this hotel enough to u all!

Almost perfect”
We really enjoyed our stay at Atlas, it was near perfect. The staff is great (special shout of to Ms Yen who was exceptional) and very helpful. Everything is clean and it is really a beautiful hotel. The location is ideal because it is only a short walk to the old city but far enough and on a side street that it is relatively quiet. There were only a few things that bothered me. The first was a flickering light in the hallway and a missing fixture above our door. Both I think are minor safety issues and they mar the near perfection of the hotel. Second is that there is a glass door from the shower to the balcony with opaque privacy film, it would have been nice if there was some option for better privacy. Third, the water pressure on upper floors isn't great - we were on the 4th floor and our traveling companion was on the first, although we had more natural light in our room they had much better water pressure and less temperature fluctuations. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Lovely design—tranquil and green with the plants hanging down. Also so nice that the vines give privacy for each balcony Kind staff—everyone was super nice and welcoming, from check-in to dining. Clean—rooms are spotless. Good value—I went for the reduced morning price at the spa.

Worth of value for both service & room”
The hotel has very proactive actions towards guests such as suggestion for add-on self-owned transfer service. After we arrived at the hotel, the staffs are very friendly and helpful in suggesting places and tours to go around the city as well as helping us in repairing the not-so-cold air-con. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast provided are with wide variety. Yet, the swimming pool is a bit small. Generally, it is very worth of value and thank you for the good and warm service.

Good and quiet AC, our room 403 had city views-nothing interesting but a lot of light. Garden/pool views probably would be better. Location is nothing special but 5 minutes walk to the Old City. Staff friendly and helpful. European breakfast great, vietnamese could be more authentic. Overall good value.
