Best Birthday Trip Ever”
Planned for a birthday trip for my wife. All my requests have been fulfilled by Avani Pattaya Resort. My wife also received a complimentary cake for her birthday. Unable to find any major flaw in this resort. A truly 5 stars resort indeed. My seaview room was awesome, very clean, adequately spacious, air conditioning works like a charm. Nothing can beat the hospitality shown by all the staffs. Breakfast spread is great and fresh. The facilities, swimming pool and gym are top notch. My wife and i really enjoyed our stay there. The location is really convenient, access to all shops/ eateries and groceries store without compromising the hustle and noise at night. This is definitely my choice if i come to Pattaya again.

Great Location, Great Staffs, Great Service!”
Was visiting Pattaya from Bangkok for 2 Days and arrived at AVANI noon time. Once we arrived at the Lobby, we were greeted by Friendly Staffs and Provided with Drinks and Towels to refresh ourselves from the hot weather. Was thankful that we were given the Room on the Ground Floor as we could skip the steps/ lift and our Room was Viewing straight to the Pool from our Balcony. Room was clean, nice and comfortable! Location is Great as it is connected directly to the Mall and across to the Pattaya Beach. It is also walking Distance to the Most Popular "Walking Street" with its lively Night Entertainment. What I am most thankful for the Service from AVANI is that we left out phone in the Room only to realise it when we had gone back to Bangkok. We called AVANI and all the staffs were so helpful. They had Whatsapp Service which helped me to communicate with them easily. What is the best is that once they found my phone, they send it to Bangkok and all were done professionally!

Absolutely perfect!”
I've stayed in many different places in Pattaya over a period of about fifteen years but now I've absolutely found my new home here at AVANI. The main benefit is the location, being directly on top of Royal Garden Plaza. Shops, restaurants, all within the same interconnected complex. Opposite the beach. Moments walk from bars. Motorbikes, baht buses and taxis available at both sides of the resort twenty four hours a day - even though everything is walking distance. The rooms are delightful. Contemporary and with no expense spared but with the old world charm of the more traditional Thai style resort open air lobby, gardens, pool and grounds. The room service? Couldn't fault it. The staff? Unbelievably accommodating and helpful. Fully engaged and with all the required luxury while still offering serenity and privacy - in the middle of town. Almost too good to be true. On top of all, possibly one of the best value five star hotels I've ever stayed in. Thanks AVANI, you have won a fan!

A wonderful stay in Avani”
Avani was perfectly located resort. It was very near from the beach and just in front of the beach road. The room was a little old but very wide for 3 persons. We could enjoyed the sea view at the Avani sea view twin room. We loved the swimming pool there. All staffs were very kind to us, especially the lady who was at the reception. Ploy helped us for everything we needed. Even walked with us to the elevator and said good-bye! Thanks for your kindness Ploy, and thank you Avani for everything. If we go to Pattaya again, We may stay at Avani again.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
I had the pleasure to stay at the Pattaya Marriott during a short 3 night stopover in Thailand. I had just undergone some minor elective surgery and wanted a comfortable hotel where I could relax and order room service, and also close to the action in Pattaya. The service was excellent. Friendly staff. Unobtrusive yet prompt and professional. Very comfortable bed and premium room and bathroom furnishings. I selected a 'garden view' room and I was on the sixth floor overlooking towering tropical trees and a natural garden area that the hotel cultivates. Upon opening my door the open air walkway looks down onto Pattya's Second Road, and directly at the Ripley's Believe It Or Not exhibit with the airplane built into the side of the shopping mall. Everything is very convenient. Walking Street is about 10 minutes away by foot. Beach Road is a 3 minute walk away. It was common to hear the tropical birds while in the room which was a welcome addition. Room service had a large selection of items and the pricing was surprising very reasonable so I had most of my menus in the room instead of going outside during my short stay. There is an Irish restaurante/pub with a sports theme connected to the hotel. It also had good food and atmosphere.

I've been lucky enough to stay in five-star hotels all over Asia, the US and Europe - and the AVANI Pattaya Resort is one of the most memorable. Rooms are good, food is good, gardens are wonderful and the staff are truly first class - courteous, friendly, professional and super helpful. The gym is very good too. I would recommend an Avani Garden Plus Room or poolside suite. Pattaya is not great, I know, but this hotel really IS!

A relaxing oasis amongst the hustle and bustle.”
Step into the Avani Pattaya and the friendly helpful staff and tranquil gardens immediately let you unwind and relax. Connected to the hotel is a large well equipped shopping centre while the excitement of Walking Street and LK metro is just a short walk away. With 10 baht taxi running up and down Beach and Second roads and front and rear access from the hotel moving around Pattaya is cheap and easy and when you can't handle the chaos any more then just return to your refuge and enjoy cocktails in the relaxing pool area.

Outstanding hotel. Our first time staying at an Avani and was impressed with level of service and attention to detail. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was spacious, comfortable and had a wonderful view of the sea. The beds and linens were of the highest quality to guarantee a good nights sleep. The pool area is a beautiful Oasis of lush gardens and comfortable seating areas. Multiple restaurants and bar areas will please all palates with suitable vegan/ vegetarian options - along with an outstanding breakfast buffet. Avani Pattaya also has a beautiful spa which We enjoyed. There is a 10% service charge on all bills, BUT please note...this goes to the hotel overall and NOT to the individual that was serving you directly. If you appreciate the service you received from an individual, please ensure you tip them directly. 🤗 Great location. Steps to walking street and shopping, or catch the numerous jitneys(pick up truck buses) for 10bhat/pp to nearby shopping or attractions.

i had an asthma attack which triggered by other hotel. and i relocate to Avani. the hotel manager help us out. the room is very clean n air conditioner is perfect. by far the best experience in my travel histories. and the cooking class in avani is the perfect. the chef really spent lots of effort to coach us. and he turned cooking like a magic. best activity in pattaya. i would say this is way more worth than go for scuba diving or water sports. leant four thai dishes. and many variations can be done within the dishes. and we can eat the food later on. the environment is so nice. n i really enjoy it. taste good ! definitely will be back again n book the same hotel again. even if u don't stay in this hotel coz quite full. was trying to stay one more day also full. u must go for their cooking class. u won't regret for that.

Silence in a jungle ”
The big bonus for Avani in Pattaya is its gardens -absolutely stunning - think full immersion from your ground or first floor room - you look out into cultivated tropical jungle . Oh and the pool atvone end is 3 metres-a delight for those of us bought up with deep private pools :) And lastly-no noise , whatsoever. But your only a very short stroll to the beach and carry ons. It's starting to show some age but the demise is a long long way off yet .

Oasis right in the action”
The Avani hotel is a tropical paradise with easy access to everything Pattaya has to offer. The pool and facilities inc the gym are excellent. The rooms are large and modern. Breakfast is really high quality with loads on offer. The location is excellent close to restaurants shops the beach and a variety of night life. The only negitive would be the cost of beverages by the pool, but I guess this is to be expected. The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to look after you. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so good.

Great Location Great service resort”
a great five star resort on the beach road (first road). the resort has the main entrance on seconf road. the beach is just across the road. it is next to the royal garden plaza mall. great location just 7 minutes walk to the famous walking street (night clubs). the service is excellent. the breakfast is a five star level. the swimming pool is lovely in tropical garden. i do not think that there is a five star resort with the same great location and service as the marriott in pattaya.

The Marriott resort is located on the beach road and second road. It is 3 min walk to the entertainment walking street. The rooms are clean with nice comfortable bed. It has a balcony with either a pool view or a sea view. The swimming pool is stunning. The breakfast is excellent with many varieties. The staff is friendly and helpful. May be it is overpriced due to the high season in January. Overall it is excellent and convenient resort in the center of Pattaya.

Ah, Pattaya...not for everyone and certainly not for me! If you have the misfortune to end up in this sleaze pit then the best thing you can do is to check into the Avani, an oasis in the centre of the storm. The rooms are large and bright and airy, the sea view balcony a delight, the breakfast as good as it gets at this level and all the facilities ( except the steam and sauna) ample. The pool is huge and set in lush tropical foliage and Tony at the pool bar whisks up a mean pina colada. The sea breeze blows through the open plan reception and lounge and is a great place to relax. The club facilities are top notch too, afternoon tea in the club lounge is a must!

beautiful resort located at the centre of Pattaya .A short walk from the entertaiment of Pattaya.Big pool , very peacefullness away from the the busy beach road. Numerous dining outlets.room with balconies, beatifull garden, fully equipped fitness centre, tennis court, sauna. beautifull pianist playing each evening- just reaaly good! Room itself (for us at least ) was not 5 stars, but 3-4. Otherwisw we are very happy with this hotel.
