Very nice hotel with clean pool”
We are very happy with our stay in B2 Pai Premier. The rooms are clean and spacious (we were in Deluxe). Cleaning ladies are suuuper nice and they do cleaning every day, which is awesome for 3-star hotel. The pool is clean and very nice for swimming. Water is not very warm, but it's never warm in hotels or condos that we were in. It's good for swimming and cooling yourself. There is space for motorbikes if you rent them. Hotel is just a little bit outside of the center, but it is only 6-7 minutes really to most of the places. For us it was actually good because we had nice walks and visited many places along the way. Recommended 100%. Note that there might be some small lizards outside of the room, it's north of Thailand, so it's part of the deal. Apart from that, maybe some small ants somewhere, but it's not a problem in the rooms. Mosquitos were not a problem as well, if you follow simple rules to keep the room closed after sunset etc.

We and our 2 young daughters (5 and 8) fell in love with Pai and its magic, and this hotel had a big part in it :) the atmosphere there, the lovely manager who speaks great english which helped us alot while she's there, advised and offered many things, always with a smile and even suggested the best way we book the family suit while we are there. Sheets were always clean and smell great, bath towels too, all was super clean and nice, it was important to us with little kids. the pool was great too and when it rained we swim and wnjoy this magical place ! highly recommend. We deffently we'll be back there.

We came to Pai and first 2 nights we were changing places before we found B2 and stayed there for 4 days - nice acrchitecture and lighting at night, very clean, lots of space, looks really modern and high class. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay if you planning to travel across Pai region and to chill at least 1-2 days at the beautiful swimming pool in the garden.

Great hotel! ”
Stayed for 3 nights and then took another week. Looks just like in pictures, the rooms are big and modernly designed, the pool is fantastic and the surrounding area is quiet and nice. 7 mins walk to the center. Not a minus but something to take into consideration - there is no restaurant in the hotel, you'll need to walk to the town. Which is great by me as Pai has many beautiful cafes to try. The only minus for me but not related to the hotel - if you return after dark and the market nearby is already closed, there are street dogs living there which are not friendly.

Excellent staff and value”
We were very happy with our 5 night stay here. Room clean and comfortable and excellent value.😊 We were very unhappy to see the manager Navinda who had been so helpful to us sworn at and a coin thrown at her by an Agoda customer who objected to paying for 2 pairs of slippers and a towel he had 'lost'. She explained that the housekeeping staff would have to pay for the missing items and he just didn't care. He eventually slammed the money down and was verbally abusive and threw the coin. The lovely staff here should not have to put up with this behaviour. The guests are told they are responsible for all items in the room. Thai hotels cannot afford to replace items in the same way European hotels can.

. All the staff smiles, very kind and help alot. Clean rooms, white clean bedlinen every day, nice bath towels, all smell great after good wash. It was important to us with kids. We enjoyed the pool , 10 min walk to the walking street. Great location- quite place but very close to thr center, restaurants and coffeshops.The hotel manager speaks great english. She is always there and did all she could with her nice staff so we have a gteat stay. Even helped us booking family suit in her hotel when my phone did not work. I highly recommend for families!we will defenetly come back

Luxury Premier Room with Pool Access ”
This is my second time to choose here with the room with pool access, I like it a lot, I got a big room and have more space of the balcony to have a good time to drink and chill with my friends. But if your guys looking for a bathtub they don't have in this room please note. All location and swimming pool are so good, I love it 🥰

Great quality for low price”
Came to this accommodation again after 3 years and it is still great. Everything is nice and clean, the only downside is roosters at the neighbor property, making noise but at least you don’t need an alarm clock.

Lovely”
Beautiful hotel in great location 5 minutes walk from the famous Pai walking street. The rooms are spacious, tidy, modern and have large balconies/terraces. I had the premier suite then changed to pool view and both rooms were lovely. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially the manager lady, she's the one who keeps things going. Highly recommend this hotel.

Service mind of staff, Cleanliness, Location are great”
We stayed a night here with pool access room type, and it was great, Room are huge and location was great. We get the room late about an hour after hotel policy which I cound understand of high season travel but receptionist in front dest always kept updated up and always apologise for that which is I apreciate.

B2 Network is the best”
Best value, best service, best rooms for the money. Sometimes slightly removed from the centre of town, this is offset by less noise and a quieter environment. In recent weeks, I have stayed in B2 in Phitsanulok, Udon Thani ( brand new building) and now Pai. Highly recommended with larger than expected rooms. Excellent value.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had been staying at hostels so this was a treat for me. I had a poolside room which was clean, had a fridge, air con (cold in morning so needed a heater), tv - with some English channels. Yes the shower leaks a bit but nothing major, and sometimes you do smell the drain a little. Easy parking for bikes and cars. Check in was simple and straightforward. I would stay here again, and have actually just booked into another B2 in Chiang Mai, that’s how much I liked it!

We got the room for $30 not sure what it is in high season. I was very impressed, room looked amazing and pool was good. Less then a 10 min walk into town. The location made it seem like no one was around, very quiet and peaceful.
