Bed is hard as a wooden plank. Very noisy when people walks in room upstair.

One night stay”

As a Thai/English family it was good for a one night stay between sightseeing locations. More than one night would be difficult with children as there is nothing for them to do. Very friendly and nice people. Great for back packers or couples on a budget.

Exceptional Service”

The staff is so incredibly helpful, it almost felt like a home stay. The food was good, the hammocks relaxing, the neighborhood was quiet, it was a nice break from staying in hotels in the middle of the chaos and bustle, yet it wasn't too far from any of the sites. Either walking distance away or a short tut tut ride away.

Better than it looks!”

A bit of a shock on arrival as the Baan Eve is situated in a rather scruffy side road and it looked more like a building-site than a guest house. The friendly and helpful owner was quick to apologise and explain that a living-room and bar area was being rebuilt after flood damage. The building in which the guest rooms are situated is somewhat unprepossessing, however the rooms themselves are perfectly clean and comfortable, with A/C, and large bathrooms.

Very unfriendly owners”

Went there for the weekend, after I complaint to the owners about their own dogs barking all night long in front of my window, I was kicked out of the premises at 4 o'clock in the morning (with the 800 Baht for the room in my hand) Unbelievable, but the first time I meet very unfriendly Thai people...definitely would not recommend it, especially value for money wise....

Lovely hotel and really nice staff”

The guest house is simple but the rooms have everything they need. You get welcomed by the hostess with a bottle of nice cool water and you get some information about Ayuthaya. We got to try freshly made bread which (if it was good, and it was!) will be served at breakfast soon. They have bike rental and help you out if you need a tuktuk.

Petite guesthouse familiale trés agréable !!! un peu bruyante le soir car fréquentait pas beaucoup de jeunes routards !!!! les chambres coquettes et simples !! la patronne a conservé l'autenticité du style d'ayutthaya !!!! Pour la piscine c'est plutot une marre à poissons trop petite, pour etre appellée "une piscine "Comme indiqué sur votre site !!!
