This Prae city has only 1 flight back to Bangkok in the afternoon. Then I asked the hotel for late checkout as i have nothing to do during the day. The hotel was kind enough to let me stay longer hours. The staff even lend me her mortobike to go out for late lunch. Thank you. Definitely choose to stay here again if I come to Prae.

Overall, it's ok ”
The lady in a reception was very friendly and helpful. The location was good for sightseeing but definitely need a car. We'd booked the largest room which was big enough for us. I understand it's in nature so some ants and insects were in the room. Some people really don't care but some people do like me. No lift in the hotel. Slippers could be renewed. Thank you,

OK but needs more to be value for money”
A nice new place with some nice features (such as real desk and office but: - location is not central but if you drive that is no problem - breakfast is enough but Thai basic. I'm not sure if the difference in price of the room with and without breakfast is justified - no hot water or tea/coffee in the room. At this price it should! - wifi is unreliable. The various network keep dropping out and router errors pop up (so not an external problem) - as other reviews say the staff are nice but I think need to learn a bit more about running a good value hotel

Relaxing atmosphere ”
Great hotel with an amazing and likable owner. He was very kind to pick up us from bus station at our arrival to Phrae. The building itself is modern and eye-catching with inspiring interior design and beautiful garden surroundings. The room was big, clean and comfortable as well. We had very relaxing time here. The only drawback for us was that we didn't have our own transport to move around Phrae and the hotel is 2-3 km from city center with all historical building attractions. Nevertheless, Baan I Inspire is truly inspiring place and highly recommended for a comfort stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Baan I Inspire. The staff is super friendly and our rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean. They provided a nice Thai breakfast of your choice(you choose the day before & they cook & provide it for you the next morning). Coffee, Tea, & Hot water along with snacks provided all day long. We didn’t see a lot of food choices within walking distance, but we had a vehicle. We would gladly stay here again in our next visit to Phrae.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and peaceful. Our room was spacious and relaxing with of sunlight. The owner Jiu is very accommodating and went out of his way to make our time at his hotel amazing. We would definitely recommend Baan I Inspire tp anyone visiting Phrae.

British Married couple”
The hotel is new and the rooms and bathroom are exceptionally clean. Mr Q is a great host, he picked and dropped us off from the bus station, organised a motorbike rental to be collected from the hotel and told us the best places to visit in Phrae. We felt Phrae was the friendliest Thai city, local people go out of their way to help you, taxis drivers are honest and although there an no tourist attractions, Phrae depicts real Thai life. A great stopover place, untouched by tourists and you get to see and meet local Thai people with very good English.

Clean, New, Cosy, Reasonable price”
This is the hotel that we like so much. The girl at the reception is nice and smiley. We feel relaxing here and the hotel is new and clean. Shower area separate dry and wet area which is very good. The bed is comfortable and the room has everything you need with a big fridge. At the lobby, they provide coffee all day that you can serve yourself. We will definitely go back whenever we have chance to visit Phrae again.

Great option for Phrae”
This is a great option if you are in Phrae. We were driving from Nan to Chiang Mai and used this hotel to break up the journey. It is clean and the staff were kind. The breakfast was good. I loved the little reading library that was near our room.
