Very pleasant stay , seems to be a well kept secret to many forigners. Relaxed , chilled out & guest friendly. For the price & good availability it's a thumbs up. However do not expect front admin desk for travel assistance. Even though they would like to help. You are on your own even with local transport due to language the language barrier.

Dusty, far from city but nice staff”
First time I arrived to hotel, I was shocked because the hotel was plenty of sand,it looks so dusty. I thought it was a labour camp. The hotel is located at the far area from the main road (Sukhumvit road) but fortunately we got car to go to anywhere else.

New renovated room but many cockroaches”
The room is brand new but we found total 5 cockroaches coming out to bathroom from a drainer. We had to close the drainers with something which can come rely close them. We were not able to sleep at all. It is a potty because the room and the staff were nice....

We booked the family bunk bedroom. The room overall needs to be improved! -The location is quite far from main road and surroundings are likely a labour camp. The pool seems to be available for only pool villa room..not for every guests. -The room seems not clean at all. There is an area for cloth washing...very strong smell of pee!! (able to check in at noon but check out at noon....seems that there is no time for cleaner to clean the room) -The facilities in the room were broken such as bed, shower, soap container. There is 5 beds in the room but 4 beds usable! Luckily we had 4 ppl. Moreover, the mattress is hard and not comfortable. -The room is not soundproof at all! We heard every activities that the ppl next door did! -Only PRO was the staff. They are friendly and willing to help. We feedbacked what we found and they offer us the corrective action...however, I was too late to fix the problem because it was late night and we just wanted to rest.

Agoda site stated Spa & Sauna. But is not there”
Booked this place cause it stated spa & sauna. Arrived after 2.30pm the ground floor rooms are not cleaned. Put me at level 2 and balcony facing walls. Hot air blowing as the place where aircon are installed. The whole place is totally run down. I don’t recommend at all.
