    “Above average”

    The parking is convenient. The location is peaceful, but a bit far away. I was not impressed with the air conditioning at all. We checked in at two in the afternoon and turned on the air conditioning, but after 30 minutes it was still not cool. I checked and the filter was very dirty, covered in dust. I had to take it out and wash it myself. I wonder if the guests before us didn’t complain about the air conditioning. We stayed for two nights, and the room prices were not different from hotel rates, yet no one came to collect the trash or clean up during those two days. There was also no bottled water provided, and the towels were very dirty, as if they had been washed carelessly. However, the cleaning before check-in was very good; there was no dust even behind the refrigerator.

    The water in the bathroom and sink is very weak. There are no cleaning cloths provided. We got a room on the 24th floor, which is not what we booked, but that's okay because it's high up. The lighting in the room is very dim. The cleanliness is considered good, but the plug next to the dressing table seems to short-circuit. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted because the remote control is not working, but overall, it's good. The air conditioning is cool and comfortable, which is not a downside. The room owner is very responsible and answers calls all the time.
