Would like improvements”

The water pressure in the bathroom and sink is very low. No hand towels were provided and I was given a room on the 24th floor instead of the one I booked, but it was okay because the higher floor was nice. The lighting in the room was very dim, but overall it was clean. The plug next to the dressing table seemed to be faulty. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted because the remote control didn't work, but overall it was good. The air conditioning wasn't very cool, but it wasn't a big problem. The owner was very responsible and answered the phone all the time.
