Lovely Homestay”
I’ve spent two nights at Baan Kong Homestay. Because of the Covid crisis I was the only guest. It is situated very practical in the middle of the ancient city. Nice, friendly staff. Homestay is family owned. The have scooters and bicycles for rent. The bungalow was spacious and clean. Good working air conditioning. Bathroom is simple but clean and sufficient. Nothing to complain in my opinion.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful wooden bungalows. Excellent central location near some of the largest ruins and best cafes. Comfy big bed and good aircon. Big fridge in room. Walls are a bit thin, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Very fine and agreeable stay”
Very nice and friendly people and place. What you see is what you get, listed services included. Sometimes with an additional cost, but never at a higher price than elsewhere. E.g.; we took breakfast, rented bike and brand new tuk-tuk to the station (and got free shower in afternoon after check-out in the morning, which was very agreeable before the night train to Chiang Mai). Many thanks to Baan Kong Homestay, owner and personnel. We'll recommend it to fiends and family.

As far as I'm concerned, the ONLY place to stay.”
Not only are the owners and staff incredibly sweet and helpful, the location can't be beat - right next to ruins and central to everywhere there is to go in ayutthaya. The bungalows are so gorgeous and spacious. New A/C equipment, lovely little pond and decks all facing each other yet still nice and private. We found it hard to leave, to be honest. The cleanliness of the rooms are some of the best we've encountered and bicycle rental is a great option as you can get around to all the ruins in about a day with them. Best noodles in town are just around the corner at Lung Lek! Seriously, stay here. It's a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Go for the single room”
Great place. All the rooms are cottages; some single, a few shared (two rooms per cottage). The only warning is that these shared cottages have a VERY thin shared wall, so thin you can hear whispering. So try and get a cottage with a single room if you can. Otherwise, very nice: quiet, clean, good a/c and very conveniently located to the Ayutthaya ruins.

Family like atmosphere”
I've been here the 4th time now and whenever I'm in Ayutthaya, I'll set quarters here. They help you with everything, special wishes are no problem, it feels like you are with friends. Rooms are good, too! Basic, but clean and tidy. Just bring your own Netflix, because the TV only speaks Thai and Lao 😄

The hosts are very friendly and is able to communicate in English. The house is cozy and clean with serene environment. The hosts gave good advice on the locations to visit, which happens to be nearby the homestay. There is a night market nearby as well, which has tons of good food. But beware of stray dogs on the way to the night market. They do not bother with people generally, but do not disturb or scare them.

Near old city in a walking distance”
Very close to historical sites with a lot of space walking around. Sightseeing arranged by Ban Kong Home-stay via a long-tail boat to the most famous temples were perfect arranged.

Good location and nice people. ”
We enjoyed our stay here. The little bungalows have plenty of room. The bed was comfortable. The AC was a bit challenged but after awhile it did the job. The staff is nice. Near to temples, a great night market was a 10 minute walk away, and the van stop to get back to BKK was a walk of 15 minutes or so or a 40 bht tuk tuk ride. The Moto rental for 250 bht was a fair price. You will need it or a bike or hire an expensive tuk tuk (200 bht per hour) to see all the temples. I could recommend this place for a couple nights.

I like the nature of wood of the house . Nature feel and feel very comfortable.. I definitely will come back again in the future and stay longer .. Moreover the location is good ..got cafe and eating local place nearby ..
