I stayed two nights in this cute family run guest house. The rooms are clean and comfortable "cabin" style houses, arranged in a garden. My room had a large fridge, small TV with satellite hookup, locking cabinets, bench seat, kettle, and a double bed (a bit firm). AC was very efficient, cooling the room down in minutes. Bathroom was standard "wet" style, with hot shower. Rooms have a front porch with table and chairs. They offer different options for breakfast, but they also left fruit, snacks, coffee, and water on my porch each morning, nice touch! Very kind and helpful staff/owners. Location is perfect for accessing the ancient temples, with several restaurants nearby as well. 7-11 is a bit of a walk, but not too far. If I come back to Ayutthaya, I will absolutely return to this guesthouse.

This is a basic but excellent hotel. The wood cabins are cosy and clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Some of the Auytthaya world heritage sites are within walking distance good coffee and wine near by and you have to try uncle Leks noodles. The best i have had in thailand for 40 bhat!!

The homestead is lovely, and the staff are lovely too. The breakfast is tasty and everything is excellent value for money. There is a night club about 100 metres away which can be noisy until around 1am so, for those sensitive to noise, that might be a consideration

Ideally located, this homestay is managed by a lovely lady and her family. Reasonable prices, all the kindness of the world is here for you! The room is traditional track cabin, but with all modern comfort: voor shower and air conditioning plus television and fridge... All perfectly working!

Very nice cottage and lovely lady who is owning the place. She gave us a map and explained where we can find the night market and the ruins. The place was next to everything. Very clean. In the morning we found fresh bananas and water in front of the house. It was perfect. I would definitely go there again!
