Not a feel good place”
They manage apartments for private owners. So booking is only possible from the web. Also the apartment wasnt really clean and tidy. However it was not unpleasant. Location is off everything and you basically stay in teh resort, which has no food facilities.

The was so tidy and clean This place perfect for Traveller who really need to relax, this also suite to family. Swimming Pool also nice and wide. In the negative way .. - car park is very limited and if you are not the landlord you can't park under the roof. - flushing toilet also not in a good condition. But after all we are happy to selected this place for our holiday , Thank you for all staff that very helpful and always quick response once ever we need help. I would recommend anyone who would like to stay in peace with the nice view.

I was enjoy a peaceful holidays in Baan San Ngam. Although a litter bit difficult to describe the location to the local taxi to take me there but finally we get there.Baan San Ngam is not familiar name, you should describe it is near Family market. As a serviced condo, it is perfect fit for a group of 3 or 4 or family with child with kitchen. A nice and beautiful pool with landscape design is a great point. You should mind about location as it is a bit far from Huahin center. It is take 10 min from there to center and food market/ restaurants by tuk tuk or taxi and cost 250bth.

มีแมลงสาบในห้องพัก ยุงเยอะ มีตัวแมลงอื่นๆอยู่ในห้องด้วย สกปรกมาก ที่จอดรถก็น้อย ต้องออกไปจอดข้างนอกเสียเงินเพิ่มอีก 50 บาทอีก 😂
