Paradise away from home. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. It is quietly located outside of the city center, but all attractions in Ayutthaya are easy to reach. From the first to the last moment, the hotel and staff kept surprising us in a positive way. Easy parking, the security guard welcomed us with a friendly smile and helped to bring all our luggage to the room. The receptionist was very warm and friendly, check in was done in minutes and she also gave us great information on Ayutthaya. The owner said hello to us and was so kind and friendly. You can feel the love she poured into this resort everywhere, and all staff represent this place in a happy and content manner. The whole resort is done beautifully, wonderful gardens, with a swimming pool and relaxing area, a lake, lotus pond, several fountains and fish swimming in the restaurant area. You will spend the most relaxing and peaceful time in this paradise. The room is spacious, very clean, nicely furnished and decorated with a lot of attention to detail. There are big mugs to make your tea (not tiny cups), a good fridge, TV, aircon is working great, ample storage space for all your stuff, big bedside tables, a comfortable bed... the list is endless. It is perfection. (the only idea for improvement we had was to have the light switches and plugs on both sides of the bed, now each is on one side so charging is a bit tricky and there could be more plugs overall, but hey that is all we could "find" ;) ). One note to friends traveling together: the bathroom and toilet are open to the bedroom, so if you need privacy you might want to ask to have a room with separate toilet or two rooms. it was fine for us just might be interesting for other travelers. Simple but nice breakfast with all you need, a small lunch and dinner menu - there was no problem to create some vegetarian dish for us in the evening, delicious wine too. We will be back for sure and can only recommend this place to any traveler to

Wonderful peaceful oasis”
This is a lovely, quiet, peaceful lush tropical paradise. The menu is not large but the food is excellent and authentic. Accommodations are clean, comfortable and pretty. Wi-Fi is excellent. The pool is very nice and the landscaping is beautiful. The best part is the friendly, helpful staff. Free bikes and good advice about sightseeing are also part of staying at this wonderful place. I would stay here again any time

Baan Thai is a lovey spot. We stayed one night but wish we stayed more. Our room was lovely. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The grounds are really beautiful and serene. Best pool! Close to the main sights of Ayutthaya. Would love to stay here again.

Great location that is slightly away from central Ayutthaya. They do have various mode of transport like bicycles or Taxis to help you get there. The Receptionist were really detailed in sharing the attraction near the region. Would stay again when I visit Ayutthaya!

So happy with our choice of hotel! This is a beautiful oasis on the outskirts of town with lush gardens and a pool. It’s a short tuktuk to most of the ancient temples and ruins. The staff were always super friendly and accommodating

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with lots of frangipani trees providing natural floral scents. They provide free bikes to explore the city with and the staff are beyond helpful! I would definitely stay here again, its worth every penny.

This is our second visit to Baan Thai House and they have managed to maintain the high standard over the last 10 years. Try to stay at the Thai House, an original wooden structure with a wooden deck and great views on the lake. Breakfast is excellent and the staff is eager to book boat trips or assist you in any way they can

We stayed at Baan Thai House for two nights, and we were very impressed. The lake view villa was comfortable and private, and the property is stunning. Above all, the service is top notch.
