การติดต่อรับห้องเป็นไปด้วยความยุ่งยาก เจ้าหน้าที่โครงการที่ดูแลกุญแจ ไม่มีข้อมูลการจองลูกค้า ให้ลูกค้าเช็คเองหาหลักฐานจองไปยืนยัน และให้รอนานประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมง ไม่ได้สนใจและพูดจาไม่ค่อยดี
