Good Hotel with good service”
Nice, quite hotel directly on Jomtien beach. More close to the beach is not possible . The room are little bit small, but for us it was just for sleep. Our room had an balcony for sitting outside. This was great in the evening. For a short stay and low budget absolutely fine. Some "big" hotel's are really bad on Jomtien beach and they want to have much more money...

Friendly staff and easy access for food, transport”
Check in on 21.2.2016 to Blue House. Nice staff and very helpful. Clean room. They gave free breakfast even though we not request for it. Like the are Jomtein sea front. No problem with the place. Very affordable. Thank to Agoda for their good staff and good work. Transport to airport arrange by Hotel since all us were women going home.

Good Value , infront of the beach , ok satff”
It was a pleasant stay loved it was at the quiet part of Pattaya . You have the beach in front to rent some umbrella and seats while enjoying local food. The room was clean with hot shower. For the price I paid it was worth it.

General Overview”
We where a couple who stayed a week. Our stay began pleasant enough but then had some altercations with staff on 3d day. Cleaning crew wanted extra fee for cleaning sheets and breakfast staff could only microwave eggs into inedible, solid rubber. Worked it out but detracted from visit. - Finding the car park behind the hotel was difficult. Had to park on roadside & thankfully no-one messed with the van. - Never really found the pool until we where leaving - signs would help. I thought it was a private home before that. Very convient to the beach and we found a nice restaurant next door for most our meals. We did hike and find other little spots to eat and drink in the area without having to ride the Baht Bus all the way to older / nightlife areas Now that I know the place, I'd stay agin.

great price for some beachfront hotel”
We just stayed one night, but our experience was good and the price was right. The beach is right across the street (although you might want to walk further south for a nicer place to lay down your towel).

A WiFi disappointment”
Roadside coffee shop was a little noisy due to work on the adjoining property but that is only temporary. The hotel reception and dining area was always bright and clean. Staff were excellent, polite and helpful. There was a lift to all floors which was a definite bonus, compared to similar small hotels in the area. The roadside coffee shop had a very pleasant view across the road to the beach. The only disappointment (in this day and age), was the complete lack of WiFi to any of the bedrooms - a comparatively simple and inexpensive problem to solve. There was a rather strange arrangement with the swimming pool which was through the back kitchen, across the rear yard, over the road at the back and then behind another building, Nevertheless, a nice pool.

Good location, easy to find, close to the beach. Also good service from friendly staff. Hotel is with free wifi and 7-11 close by. Room is a bit small but if you don't mind it is good value for money.

nearly to beach but quite far for the crowded area”
it was nice.. The beach was really in front of the hotel. But it is in jomtien beach, which not so crowds of people.. Less shops and market.. The staff really try to speak in english, and not all can speak in english.. The room was nice,not modern one. The aircon really work well and the water heater did too.. The bed was hard but worth with the room rate.. To go to suvarnabhumi airport or the other way round, we just need to take bus in 387 bath.. And one more, 7-11 is only just beside of the hotel.

Quite a nice place which is a long way down the jomtien beach, but is easily and cheaply accessed by the 10 baht local transport. The breakfast is basic , cheap options to eat are nearby

The room was valuable. The location was great; the beach was in front of the building. Unfortunately, the hotel's parking lot was very limited. Nearby some famous seafood restaurants

On the Beach”
The hotel is well located. It is on the beach and walking distance to some nice restaurants. The hotel staff is ok but not very helpful. The rooms could have been better for the price we paid. The drainage in the bathroom kept choking all the time. The food is not good. The staff refused to heat our food in the microwave.

not really great except facing ocean nothing special regret agoda specifications of room facing ocean was not true in our booking while booking was told that room facing the beach it was facing the wall and not beach as per specification given while on booking time not happy secondly room was ok but bed blanket cover was torn apart like third class guest house if required can send u picture ouf blanket supplied i dont understand why agoda accept such hotels where linen are not up to the standard of international booking on line ? regret will not stay again this place

Very Nice Staff & Standard Room”
The staff was very nice, let us know about any kind of information we needed. Not only give information, if they can do something about it, they will :) Room was standard, the tv is old. Location, kinda far from the center, but it was ok. Food was standard as well. Over all, I think I can get a better hotel (location specially) with the same price.

Clean, cross road to beach”
good location for any tourist who doesn't have car, we can walk along the beach, lot of tuk tuk to go anywhere, just be careful of night time, bit too quiet.
