Good Value”
Me and my girlfriend booked this room last minute and it was a good Decision. Yes the rooms are kind of dated but they are spacious and comfortable l. The pool is heated and has a bar as well. The location is nice lots a restaurants, 7-11, Family Mart, and it’s located next door to a Tesco Lotus. I would book here again.

Always go back !”
Great price, great room ! Location fits me perfectly too - not in the main street, but just in the middle of where I frequently go during the day.

Nice apartment”
I stayed there a couple of times. Ask in office for a water kettle and cups. They could improve this by stocking all the apartments with water kettles, cups, plates, spoons and forks. I rate the internet wifi 2 out of 10. Every 15 minutes you have to log in because the signal constantly drops and speed is very very slow.

Only downside is it’s too far from Chaweng beach

Next to Tesco”
Good location, right next Tesco. Has a nice little kitchen with full size fridge freezer, a sink, but no plates or cutlery. Which was a shame. Pool was across the car park. Nice pub underneath. No English TV channel, not even the news.

Nice place, but the kitchen comes without anything”
What is the meaning of having a so called "Luxury room" if you don't get what is shown in the ad? We booked this room thinking about more space for our children and specially because it has a kitchenette... In fact, it has only a sink. No stovetop, no coffee maker, no microwave... no appliances at all (here in Agoda they state they have coffee maker, iPod docking station, among other things I didn't find in the room). So having this room thinking about its kitchenette is meaningless. The view of the room I had (C-311) is a demolition site with trucks and bulldozers coming in and out all the time. The TV is little and absolutely outdated. I would be ashamed to offer a room with a TV like that to a paying costumer. Other drawbacks are: there are no elevators, no 24h front service, and the pool location across the parking lot (although the pool itself is good). The staff are a nice point: they are always smiling and very helpful. The location is not perfect, but convenient.

Better options available”
You know when you arrive at a hotel, look around and think: "i dont even feel like leaving -- this place is great." Well this isnt that. Its the exact opposite where after about 5 mins there you are searching for an excuse to leave. Oh yeah and the "apartments" dont come with a single plate, utensil or even a rag to wipe down a sink. So if you get some takeout, and bring it back expecting there to be something to eat it with, you'll end up using your hands.

lovely staff and big rooms”
stayed here as a couple for 3 nights after transferring from Samui First House as we didn't like it... Boonjumnong Modern Apartments did not disappoint!! absolute value for money and friendly as punch staff, reception ladies are very lovely and will go out of their way to help as well as cleaning ladies.. pool was awesome, little warm but clean and the pool bar was reasonably priced too! the room's were a nice size and the shower was nice however it tended to flood the bathroom a little. bed was a little bit hard but overall our stay here was awesome!!! would definitely come back

4 star standard in 2 star prices”
Don't forget to rent motor bike. We arrived to Samui on 26th Dec, hotel prices were crazy high due to 28th December 2012 full moon party and peak season. We spent our 3 nights in three different hotels. This one was the most modern and new hotel with all required amenities. I would give it 4 stars. Upon check in we found a Lizard in our room which was later hand picked by their security staff. There was a little gap between Window and its frame. They should fix it as soon as possible. There is a big Tesco Lotus along with shopping complex adjacent to this hotel apartment and its only 220 metres walking distance. I highly recommend renting a motor bike or car as this hotel is 3.8 KM from Chaweng beach and 6 minutes motorbike ride. Key selling point is low price under usd 30 and Modern Amenities.

Great room ! Great staff ! Great location ! GREAT EVERYTHING !”
I will most definitely go back and stay here ! The standard room I got was big and clean with a nice bed, a little sitting area with sofa and table, kitchen area with table and chairs, nice sized bath (shower, toilets and sink - and an extra standing area next to the shower) and balcony. The air condition system in the room was really great - not too cold or too hot. The TV was a little small, but I didn't mind that, and it did not have a stove, nor microwave own or a water cooker - but I was able to borrow a water cooker and some wine glasses and wine opener when I asked the lovely staff at the reception. The refrigerator was in perfect size with a freezer. Very nice swimming pool outside, security guards who were always friendly and helped me out when I left the hotel and there was traffic outside. All the staff was really friendly and smiling. The location was great as it was a little distance from the "downtown" Chaweng, but I preferred that, plus Tesco Lotus was just next to it, there is an Irish bar-restaurant were you could have breakfast, lunch, dinner and drink alcohol. Two wine shops and a massage place were part of the hotel unit. I even borrowed a motorbike at a very affordable price. All in all: Great value for money in terms of the hotel room, staff working there (reception, security, washing [room] ladies, etc.). Once I forgot to bring my key from the motorbike I have rented, and the security guy had found it in the lock and just had given it to the reception - we all had a good laugh about it. It also felt quite safe being there. I am most definitely going back to this place when I am back in Koh Samui. Highly recommended !

Really nice apartment, perfect for longer stay”
We stayed there after we decided to move from some really crappy bungalows in Chaweng. The apartment complex is a bit far from the centre so in my opinion hiring a motorbike is a must. Takes 5-10 min to drive to Chaweng centre and for us it was very convenient. The apartment was perfect, very quiet as the balcony had a view towards the back yard, otherwise the complex is situated on a main street and it could get a bot noisy on the other side. Bathroom was modern and comfortable, hot water and everything. The bed was big and comfortable, really good central air con system. You could get wifi for free in the room. We loved the pool, really big and always clean, with a small bar. In the afternoons it gets pretty busy though as apparently kids have diving classes there. It's also situated right next to Tesco so you can get anything you need. All in all I would definitely stay there again.

2nd. time staying. Always a pleasure. Will stay again. ”
This was my 2nd. stay at this hotel, and I will probably stay here again if getting the same price and value for money. The location is perfect for me as it is next to Tesco Lotus, and I can rent a motorbike of my choice (many options) for an affordable price per day. I feel welcome and well taken care of by the staff (front desk, cleaning staff and security guard). Rooms are with good space, decent furnitured and have most of what you need - if needing anything extra then just ask the front desk (for water boiler, bottle opener, wine glass, extra stuff). Great and really clean swimming pool, and the staff there are okay. The bad things are that there are too many non-staying people that come to use the pool sometimes and they can be rude (splash on you while seating in pool bed, too many at once). I experienced smoking smell in the morning in my non-smoking room. The really positive was the front desk staff, the cleaning ladies and young security guard. I always feel very safe at this hotel and its area. Love the price and room size. There was some loose stuff, one got fixed, but other were not fixed when I was there, but I did not make extra efforts to get it fixed.

we felt like home”
The staff at the receptionist and the door were all very friendly, helpful and flexible. They allowed us to leave our luggage there overnight and use the swimming pool very late at night and made calls for us to help arrange our trip and rent a motorbike to us at very low fare. The room looks more like a studio and we totally felt at home. The only problem is the location. You barely see any public transport. Chaweng Beach and the shopping area are not far but not within walking distance either. Taxi fare is quite high for that distance (they don’t do meter on the island). So the best solution is rent a motorbike which costs you only 200-500B per day. It’s 400-500B taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. But we found private car service at the exit of the airport and we were able to pay only 300B.

Modern apartment, exceptionally comfy bed and helpful staff!”
We booked into the apartments for 3 nights amid storms and flooding in Samui. We booked the Luxury Double Room but it was more like a suite with a kitchenette, lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. The bed was one of the comfiest we've had and the bathroom had the added bonus of a bath. There wasn't much around, just hardware and electrical shops and pharmacies with the exception of a shopping centre and huge Tesco Lotus supermarket. The place has a pool but unfortunately we couldn't use it (and the whole car park became a second pool during the downpour). They have a nice Irish bar on site which offers room service. The menu is small but great if your British (or Irish) (pie and peas, Irish stew, bangers and mash etc). The reception was really helpful and jolly. Would recommend to anyone.
