We had no problems at all, it is a good 4 star hotel with a beautifull beach . ( have stayed at palm garden) but cau dai beach is almost gone , so if you want a beach you have to stay at Boutique. We stayed at room 404 top of main building , room eas cleaned 2 times a day, and all was spotless clean, to breakfast there is all you need , vietnam, china, american and fresh ftuit. All the persons in the hotel was very kind/ smiling, there is also shuttle bud to Hoi an free of charge,. This is a very good 4 star hotel compaired to what you paid.

just be careful the booking, we booked boutique room (highest category) but there was miscommunication between agoda and hotel. Hotel gave us lower category but I showed my confirmation, so problem solved.

Amazing location and facilities. We had 6 nights here and it was amazing although it got very busy towards the end of our stay so lots of families. But that didn’t effect our amazing time. We had a boutique apartment near the beach and we could t fault it. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay, despite ramping up post covid”
Hotel staff and service was great, despite some visible post covid ramp up work still ongoing (gardening, some facilities a bit out of date). Beach and rooms are great, I‘d stay again. Showers could be a bit better - temperature is hard to control and water pressure on the lower end.

This is our second time staying at Boutique Hoi An Resort we love the location and the pool and beach is beautiful, there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel to eat in, only downside the breakfast is very average, tailors in the lobby are fantastic just had 2 dresses made there top quality.
